The sliding blocks are provided with connecting parts for connecting curtain cloth. The sliding rail comprises a first part and a second part, and the first part comprises a first straight rail 1 and a first inclined rail 2; the second part comprises a second straight rail 3 and a second inclined rail 4, and the center line of the first straight rail 1 and the center line of the second straight rail 3 are in the same straight 5 line; the projections of the first inclined rail 2 and the second inclined rail 4 on the vertical plane at least partially overlap; a chain used for driving the sliding block to move is arranged in the sliding rail, and the chain extends along the edge of the sliding rail, and the sliding block is fixed on the chain, and the curtain is connected to the sliding blocks so that the curtain cloth moves along with the movement of the chain so the curtain is opened and closed. The first curtain assembly further comprises a first motor 19 for driving the chain, and the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the first motor 19 determine the movement direction of the chain so that the curtain can be folded and unfolded. As shown in FIG. 2, the second curtain assembly comprises an upper mounting plate 6, a left mounting plate 7, a right mounting plate 8 and a plurality of strip-shaped blades 9 as shown in FIG. 3, wherein the blades 9 are hinged between the left mounting plate 7 and the right mounting plate 8, and threaded sleeves 10 are respectively arranged at two ends of the upper mounting plate 6. As shown in FIG. 5, the threaded sleeve 10 is respectively and threadedly connected with an adjusting rod 11 capable of lifting, and two ends of the blade 9 are respectively provided with a first collar 12, and a second collar 13 which is equal to the first collar 12 in number is respectively arranged on two corresponding adjusting rods 11. The first collar 12 is connected to one end of the second collar 13, and the other end of the second collar 13 is connected with and fixes a curtain. The second curtain assembly further comprises a second motor 18 used for driving the threaded sleeve 10 or the adjusting rod 11 to rotate. The forward and reverse rotation of the second motor 18 determines the expansion and contraction of the adjusting rod 11.
The expansion and contraction of the adjusting rod 11 drive the blade 9 to turn over.
As shown in FIG. 7, the first motor 19 and the second motor 18 are jointly controlled by two light sensors 17 and a humidity sensor 16, wherein one light sensor 17 is arranged indoor and the other light sensor 17 is arranged outdoor. When indoor light reaches a preset value of the indoor light sensor 171, the light sensor 17 controls the switch of the motor.
The light sensor 17 sets the maximum preset value and the minimum preset value. The indoor light sensor 171 and the outdoor light sensor 172 are connected in series with a motor and then are connected in parallel with the humidity sensor 16.
When the sunlight is too strong and the outdoor light concentration is higher than the maximum preset value of the outdoor light sensor 172, and when the indoor light concentration is also higher than the maximum preset value of the indoor light sensor 171, since the humidity sensor 16 is in a normally-off state, the first motor 19 and the second motor 18 enter a working state, and the outdoor light sensor 172 controls the motor forward and reverse rotation controller 20 to enable the motor to rotate forward. Therefore, the first motor 19 drives the chain, and as the chain slides in the sliding rail, the sliding block fixed on the chain also moves along with the chain, and the curtain is unfolded. The second motor 18 rotates forward to drive the adjusting rod 11 to expand and contract, and the expansion and contraction of the adjusting rod 11 drive the blade 9 to turn over.
When the outside is dark and the outdoor light concentration reaches the minimum preset value of the outdoor Light sensor 172, the indoor light sensor 171 receives light emitted by a lamplight. When the indoor light concentration reaches the maximum preset value of the indoor light sensor 171, the first motor 19 and the second motor 18 enter a working state, and the outdoor light sensor 172 controls the motor forward and reverse rotation controller 20 to make the motor rotate forward, so that the first motor 19 drives the chain to slide in the sliding rail, and the sliding block fixed on the chain also moves along with the chain, and the curtain is unfolded. The second motor 18 rotates forward to drive the adjusting rod 11 to expand and contract, and the expansion and contraction of the adjusting rod 11 drive the blade 9 to turn over.
When the outside is at dawn or cloudy and the outdoor light concentration 1s between the minimum preset value and the maximum preset value of the outdoor light sensor 172, and when the indoor light concentration is lower than the minimum preset value of the indoor light sensor 171, the first motor 19 and the second motor 18 enter a working state, and the outdoor light sensor 172 controls the motor forward and reverse rotation controller 20 to reverse the motor, so that the first motor 19 drives the chain to slide in the sliding rail. The sliding block fixed on the chain also moves along with the chain, and the curtain is folded. The second motor 18 rotates reversely to drive the adjusting rod 11 to expand and contract, and the expansion and contraction of the adjusting rod 11 drive the blade 9 to turn over.
When the outside is a rainy day, the humidity sensor 16 is conducted to form a path, and the motor and the light sensor 17 are short- circuited to be disabled. That is, the curtain cannot be put down or lifted regardless of the change of indoor and outdoor light.
The first inclined rail 2 is parallel to the second inclined rail 4, and the end part of the first inclined rail 2 remote from the first straight rail 1 and end part of the second inclined rail 4 remote from the second straight rail 3 are provided with sealing head 5. The lengths of the first inclined rail 2 and the second inclined rail 4 are not less than 5cm, and the adjusting rod 11 is provided with a plurality of circumferentially extending positioning grooves 14 formed in the outer wall, as shown in FIG. 4, and an opening ring 15 capable of rotating are respectively arranged at the positioning groove 14. As shown in FIG. 5, the second collars 13 are respectively arranged on the corresponding opening rings 15, and when the adjusting rod 11 rotates, the opening ring 15 is relative to the adjusting rod 11 to rotate. With the lifting of the adjusting rod 11, the corresponding blade 9 turns over at a certain angle. The upper end of the adjusting rod 11 is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread of the threaded sleeve 10, and the threaded sleeve 10 can be rotatably arranged on the upper mounting plate 6. When rotating, the threaded sleeve 10 drives an external thread of the upper end the adjusting rod 11 that is matched with the internal thread of the threaded sleeve 10, so that the adjusting rod 11 movement is adjusted. The second collar 13 equal to the number of the first collar 12 is respectively arranged on the two adjusting rods 11. The first collar 12 is connected with the second collar 13, and the other end of the second collar 13 is connected with and fixes the curtain so that the curtain can be folded and unfolded. There are two second motors
18. Two threaded sleeves 10 are correspondingly and drivingly connected to the two second motors 18 respectively, and the two second motors 18 are mounted on the upper mounting plate 6. The threaded sleeves 10 are fixedly mounted on the upper mounting plate 6. There are two second motors 18. Two adjusting rods 11 are correspondingly and drivingly connected to the two second motors 18 respectively, and the one said second motor 18 is mounted on the left mounting plate 7 and the other said second motor 18 is mounted on the right mounting plate 8.
An intelligent household curtain provided by the application has the working process as follows.
Firstly, the humidity sensor 16 receives external humidity information, and when the external humidity reaches a preset value of the humidity sensor 16, the humidity sensor 16 forms a path to short circuit the motor and the light sensor 17; and if the external humidity does not reach the preset value of the humidity sensor 16, the humidity sensor 16 continues to receive external humidity information.
Secondly, the indoor light sensor 171 works according to the indoor light concentration condition, so that current passes through and the current flows to the outdoor light sensor 172.
Thirdly, the outdoor light sensor 172 works according to the outdoor light concentration condition, so that current passes through.
Fourthly, the motor forward and reverse rotation controller 20 determines the forward and reverse rotation conditions of the motor according to the received current.
Fifthly, the first motor 19 drives the chain to slide in the sliding rail, and the sliding block fixed on the chain also moves along with the chain, and the curtain is unfolded or folded; and the second motor 18 rotates forward to drive the expansion and contraction of the adjusting rod 11, and the expansion and contraction of the adjusting rod 11 drives the blade 9 to turn over.
If the outdoor humidity does not reach the preset value of the humidity sensor 16, the light sensor 17 does not need to work.
When the outdoor weather is cloudy or rainy, the humidity in the air 1s high. The humidity data collected by the humidity sensor 16 is compared with the preset value of the humidity sensor itself, and when the outdoor humidity is higher than the preset value, the outdoor weather condition is Judged to be cloudy or rainy. So an ‘on’ signal is not sent to the first motor 19 and the second motor 18. As the light sensor 17 obtains the signal sent by the humidity sensor 16, even if a lamp is turned on in a room to supplement light, the motor does not work, so that the curtain is not to be put down. The different conditions of the rainy weather and the darkness are distinguished so that the curtain is put down only when it is dark and the sunlight is too strong, and in a folded state at dawn or in a cloudy and rainy condition.
The light sensor 17 works intermittently along with the change of indoor and outdoor light concentration so that the blade 9 of the shutter is adjusted.
The combination of the curtain and the blade realizes self-
adjustment according to different sunlight irradiation conditions, such that the indoor is always kept at the same brightness, and a better shielding effect is achieved.
The shutter part can adjust the illumination brightness 1m the room, so the practicability is stronger.
And both components are controlled by a motor so the invention can adapt to the requirements of the intelligent household.
