Abstract
An incoming call prompt method for mobile terminal, and an intelligent household device. The method comprises the following steps of sending connection prompt information to a mobile terminal within a preset range; receiving first feedback information sent by the mobile terminal, and establishing a connection with the mobile terminal; receiving second feedback information sent by the mobile terminal with the established connection; retrieving identity information corresponding to the mobile terminal corresponding to the second feedback information; and playing a prompt statement containing the identity information. According to the method provided by the present application, with the connection established between the server and the mobile terminal within a coverage range, when the mobile terminal receives an incoming call, the server may synchronously issue voice prompt information indicating the identity information of the mobile terminal, so that people who are not the receiver of the incoming call are prevented from the inefficient checking operation, and the call answering efficiency of the receiver of the incoming call is improved; besides, the method of the present application can further solve the problem that the incoming call may be not heard as the smartphone is in a mute or vibration mode.
Description
[0001] Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of intelligent home, in particular to an incoming call prompt method for mobile terminal, and an intelligent household device.
[0002] Mobile terminals, such as smartphones, have become an indispensable common tool in people's daily life, which is integrated with many functions, such as communication, Internet access, entertainment, etc. In cities or large or medium-sized towns, the penetration of smartphones is high, and from students at school to elders in their 60s and 70s, almost everyone has a smartphone, and young people may even get two or three smartphones.
[0003] However, the increasing penetration of smartphones has brought some problems in the daily use of smartphones. For example, when there are multiple smartphones present in the same place (e.g., in a large family gathering), an incoming call of one smartphone is likely to cause a problem that multiple people will check whether it is their own smartphone being called or not, and also likely to cause a problem that people may fail to answer the call timely because it cannot be quickly determined whether the call is just for their own smartphone; moreover, if a user enables the mute mode, a problem of missing an incoming call may also be caused.
[0004] The problems mentioned above are mainly due to the following reasons: there may be multiple people using the same ring tone, and when the ring tone appears, people cannot effectively recognize whether it is their own smartphone ringing or not; and there also may be multiple people who have enabled the mute mode, and when someone hears a vibration prompt of an incoming call, the location of the vibration cannot be effectively determined, thus whether the vibration is from the incoming call of his/her own smartphone or not cannot be determined. Therefore, there is a lack of effective incoming call prompt means in the prior art, so that a smartphone user who receives an incoming call cannot answer the call quickly, while other smartphone users not receiving the incoming call gets poor experience.
[9005] The present application provides an incoming call prompt method for mobile terminal in order to solve the problem that when a user opens an application in an intelligent television, the starting of the application is slow, which causes poor user experience.
[0006] In a first aspect, the present application provides an incoming call prompt method for mobile terminal, applied to a server, comprising the following steps of:
[0007] sending connection prompt information to a mobile terminal within a preset range,
[0008] receiving first feedback information sent by the mobile terminal, and establishing a connection with the mobile terminal; the first feedback information including identity information representing the mobile terminal;
[9009] receiving second feedback information sent by the mobile terminal with the established connection; the second feedback information being generated by the mobile terminal upon reception of an incoming call;
[0010] retrieving identity information corresponding to the mobile terminal corresponding to the second feedback information; and
[0011] playing a prompt statement containing the identity information.
[0012] An incoming call prompt method for mobile terminal, applied to a mobile terminal, comprising the following steps of:
[0013] receiving connection prompt information from a server;
[0014] acquiring identity information input by a user;
[0015] sending the identity information to the server as first feedback information; and
[0016] upon reception of an incoming call, generating second feedback information and sending the second feedback information to the server.
[0017] In a second aspect, the present application further provides an intelligent household device having a smartphone incoming call prompt function, comprising:
[0018] a sending unit for sending connection prompt information to a mobile terminal within a preset range;
[0019] a receiving unit for receiving first feedback information sent by the mobile terminal, the first feedback information including identity information representing the mobile terminal; and for receiving second feedback information sent by the mobile terminal with the established connection; the second feedback information being generated by the mobile terminal upon reception of an incoming call
[0020] a communication unit for establishing a communication connection with the mobile terminal;
[0021] a retrieving unit for retrieving identity information corresponding to the mobile terminal corresponding to the second feedback information; and
[0022] a prompting unit for playing a prompt statement containing the identity information.
[0023] The device further comprises:
[0024] a starting unit for acquiring a function enabling instruction;
[0025] an encryption unit for encrypting the connection prompt information with a secret key;
[0026] a statistics unit for generating a first list according to the first feedback information of all the mobile terminals with the established connections; the first list being used for storing historical corresponding relationships between the mobile terminals and the identity information; and
[0027] a detection unit for detecting whether the mobile terminal within the preset range is present in the first list; and for detecting whether the mobile terminals in the first list are located within the preset range or not at a preset time interval.
[0028] According to the method provided by the present application, with the connection established between the server and the mobile terminal within a coverage range, when the mobile terminal receives an incoming call, the server may synchronously issue voice prompt information indicating the identity information of the mobile terminal, so that people who are not the receiver of the incoming call are prevented from the inefficient checking operation, and the call answering efficiency of the receiver of the incoming call is improved; besides, the method of the present application can further solve the problem that the incoming call may be not heard as the smartphone is in a mute or vibration mode.
[0029] In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solution of the present application, the drawings used in the embodiments will be briefly described below, and it would be obvious for those skilled in the art to obtain other drawings according to these drawings without involving any inventive effort.

[0034] FIG. 5 is a flow chart of the method provided by the present application in a fourth embodiment; and
[0035] FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating construction of the intelligent household device provided by the present application.
[0036] Referring to FIG. 1, an application scenario diagram of the method provided by the present application is shown, and devices for implementing the method mainly include a server 100 and a plurality of mobile terminals 200. In the embodiments of the present application, the server 100 may be a functional module group built into an existing device, for example, a hardware structure provided in a router, or may be a product of an independent structure, such as a processing device or the like. The server 100 is generally arranged at a designated position in a room such that it can transmit and receive information to/from all the mobile terminals 200 within the range of the room. The mobile terminals 200 may be smartphones, tablet computers with a built-in SIM card or other mobile 5 communication devices having a communication function, and the present application is merely illustrated by smartphones, but not limited thereto.
[0037] Embodiment 1
[0038] Referring to FIG. 2, a flow chart of the method provided by the present application in the first embodiment is shown.
[0039] As can be seen from FIG. 2, an incoming call prompt method for mobile terminal, when applied to a server, comprising the following steps:
[0040] S101: connection prompt information is sent to a mobile terminal within a preset range.
[0041] In order to prompt an incoming call of the mobile terminal, firstly, a communication connection needs to be established with the mobile terminal entering a coverage range (i.e. the preset range) of the server, and in this embodiment, the preset range is generally set according to the size of space in the room and the coverage range of the device, for example, when a gathering takes place at home, in a conference room or the like, the coverage range of the server (e.g. a router) is required to include at least the entire range of the home or the conference room, so that someone with a smartphone will receive connection prompt information sent from the server once entering the range of the home or conference room.
[0042] In this embodiment, the connection prompt information may be set to be a message like “Allow access from an incoming call prompt device?” such that the smartphone user can choose freely whether or not to allow the access according to the received message, and if the user choose to allow the access, subsequent steps are executed, or else incoming calls of the smartphone are not under the control of the server.
[0043] In addition, in this embodiment, there are a plurality of mobile terminals, and the server sends the connection prompt information to each mobile terminal separately and independently without inter-influence.
[0044] S102: first feedback information sent by the mobile terminal is received, and a connection with the mobile terminal is established; the first feedback information including identity information representing the mobile terminal.
[0045] In this embodiment, the first feedback information is generated by the mobile terminal according to the input of the user. Specifically, after the smartphone user chooses to allow the access in the step S101, the mobile terminal may pop up a dialog box for the user to input the identity information, for example, the dialog box may display a question that “How the host of the room call you:”, “You are the host's?” or the like, and then the smartphone user can input a statement, such as “Aunt”, "Friend Zhang", "Dad" or the like, which is to be used as the main content constituting the first feedback information, and then the mobile terminal sends the first feedback information to the server, thereby indicating the "identity" of the mobile terminal as a corresponding form of address of the smartphone user.
[0046] In this embodiment, the connection established with the mobile terminal is mainly used for, when the mobile terminal receives an incoming call, sending information of the incoming call to the server at the first time so as to allow the server to perform the operation of prompting the identity information of the mobile terminal receiving the incoming call. The connection may be of various types, for example, when the device serving as the server is a router, the connection may be a wireless WIFI connection, and when the device serving as the server is a Bluetooth transceiver, the connection may be a Bluetooth connection. For other types of connection, there is no limitation in this regard.
[0047] S103: second feedback information sent by the mobile terminal with the established connection is received; the second feedback information being generated by the mobile terminal upon reception of an incoming call.
[0048] In this embodiment, the second feedback information may be an instruction containing the identity of the mobile terminal indicating in particular which mobile terminal receives the incoming call. It should be noted that the mobile terminal which is capable of sending the second feedback information at that time must be a mobile terminal with the connection established, and a mobile terminal,
which has just entered the preset range while the step S101/S102 is not yet executed, cannot generate the second feedback information.
[0049] S104: identity information corresponding to the mobile terminal corresponding to the second feedback information is retrieved.
[0050] As the second feedback information contains the identity of the mobile terminal, the server may determine the identity of the sender according to the second feedback information after receiving the second feedback information, and then the information, such as “Aunt”, "Friend Zhang", "Dad" or the like, which is previously received, is retrieved according to the identity of the sender.
[0051] S105. a prompt statement containing the identity information is played.
[0052] In this embodiment, the step S105 may be implemented by a configured playback component, and the content played by the playback component is generated based on the identity information retrieved in the step S104, such as "Aunt calls", "Tell your friend Zhang to answer the call", “Dad's phone is ringing , etc. Therefore, when a mobile terminal in the room receives an incoming call, a prompt statement will be played at the same time no matter which mode of the mobile terminal is enabled, i.e. the ringing, vibration or mute mode, so that it is possible that only the receiver of the call needs to take his/her smartphone from somewhere to answer the call, while other people do not need to check their smartphones for the call, thereby eliminating the unnecessary process of finding and checking the smartphone. Meanwhile, the problem that an incoming call may be missed as in the mute or vibration mode can be prevented.
[0053] As can be seen from FIG. 2, an incoming call prompt method for mobile terminal, when applied to the mobile terminal, comprising the following steps:
[0054] S201: connection prompt information from a server is received.
[0055] This step is implemented in a completely same process as the step S101 described above but executed by a different side, thus will not be described in detail here. It should be noted that the mobile terminal is generally provided with a receiving component for receiving information sent by a communication device such as a router, a Bluetooth transmitting device or the like, and the hardware structure for executing the step S201 is not limited, and should be selected according to the device serving as the server.
[0056] S202: identity information input by a user is acquired.
[0057] According to the step S102, the user needs to input the identity information into the mobile terminal, and specifically, the user may input the identity in a pop-up dialog box. In addition, the input may be performed by category selection, for example, the user may firstly select one from categories such as "Relatives, Friends, Colleagues", and then further select a specific option or type in a submenu, for example select “Aunt” in a submenu of "relatives", select “Zhang” in a submenu of “Friends”, or type "Colleague Wang" in a submenu of “Colleagues”, etc.
[0058] S203: the identity information is sent to the server as first feedback information.
[0059] This step is implemented in a completely same process as the step $102 described above but executed by a different side, thus will not be described in detail here.
[0060] S204: upon reception of an incoming call, second feedback information is generated and sent to the server.
[0061] This step is implemented in a completely same process as the step S103 described above but executed by a different side, thus will not be described in detail here.
[0062] As can be seen from the above technical scheme, according to the method provided by the present application, with the connection established between the server and the mobile terminal within a coverage range, when the mobile terminal receives an incoming call, the server may synchronously issue voice prompt information indicating the identity information of the mobile terminal, so that people who are not the receiver of the incoming call are prevented from the inefficient checking operation, and the call answering efficiency of the receiver of the incoming call is improved; besides, the method of the present application can further solve the problem that the incoming call may be not heard as the smartphone is in a mute or vibration mode.
[0063] Embodiment 2
[0064] As can be seen from the foregoing description, the application scenario may be at home, in a conference room, etc., and in order to ensure that the entire room is covered, it is necessary that the coverage area (radius) of the server is slightly larger than the area of the room, so that it is inevitable that some external area may be covered, for example, partial area of a neighbor's house, partial area of a neighboring office, etc. In order to prevent the condition that a smartphone of a neighbor or other people is also allowed to establish a connection freely, which causes the server to send irrelevant prompts and influences the user experience, the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment described above in that: when a connection is to be established, operations of encrypting and decrypting the connection prompt information are added, and only if the connection prompt information is properly decrypted can the connection be established and the subsequent steps be executed.
[0065] Specifically, before the step S101: connection prompt information is sent to a mobile terminal within a preset range, the connection prompt information needs to be encrypted with a secret key, and the specific encryption algorithm is not limited in this embodiment. After the encrypted connection prompt information is sent to the mobile terminal, a decryption step needs to be added at the mobile terminal to complete decryption. By way of example, it may be implemented in a manner that: firstly, a problem such as “Please enter a connection password.” or ‘Please enter the name of the male host” or the like is displayed on a pop-up dialog box, and after the smartphone user has entered correct information, a problem such as “How the host of the room call you:”, “You are the host's?” or the like, is then displayed, so that the first feedback information is generated accordingly for establishing a connection. People entering the room may obtain the password for decryption by asking the host, or may obtain the answer according to their knowing about the host.
[0066] Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 3, when the method of the present application is applied to a mobile terminal, a decryption step needs to be added between S201 and S202:
[0067] S2011: a decryption secret key input by the user is acquired, and if the connection prompt information is decrypted with the decryption secret key, the step of acquiring the identity information input by the user is executed; and if the connection prompt information is not decrypted with the decryption secret key, the subsequent steps are not executed.
[0068] The decryption secret key may be a composite password composed of numbers or letters which is set in advance by the host of the room, or a question-answer combination set by the host.
[0069] By adopting the technical scheme described above, the problem that a mobile terminal of a person who is not in the room may establish a connection with the server and a misleading prompt may be generated, can be effectively solved. Other contents of the second embodiment are as same as those of the first embodiment and will not be described in detail herein.
[0070] Embodiment 3
[0071] The method provided by the application can provide an effective solution for identifying a mobile terminal receiving an incoming call in a family gathering involving a large number of people. However, after all, a large family gathering will not happen frequently, and when there are not many people at home or people in the room want to stay in a quiet indoor environment, it needs to selectively disable the incoming call prompt function.
[0072] Therefore, the embodiment shown in FIG. 4 differs from the previous embodiments in that the following steps are added:
[0073] S100: a function enabling or disabling instruction is acquired; if the function enabling instruction is acquired, the step of sending connection prompt information to a mobile terminal within a preset range is executed; and if the function disenabling instruction is acquired, the step of sending connection prompt information to a mobile terminal within a preset range is not executed. In this way, before a gathering to receive multiple people is to be held at home, the host may send a function enabling instruction to enable the method described above to provide the corresponding function. Accordingly, when the gathering is over, the host may also send a function disabling instruction to disable the function.
[0074] The method provided by this embodiment can provide corresponding functions according to different application requirements with increased flexibility.
[0075] Embodiment 4
[0076] Referring to FIG. 5, a flow chart of the method provided by the present application in the fourth embodiment is shown.
[0077] As can be seen from FIG. 5, the fourth embodiment differs from the previous embodiments in that: after the first feedback information sent by the mobile terminal is received and the connection with the mobile terminal is established, the method further comprises the following step:
[0078] S106: a first list is generated according to the first feedback information of all the mobile terminals with the established connections; the first list being used for storing historical corresponding relationships between the mobile terminals and the identity information.
[0079] In this embodiment, storing feedback information from the mobile terminals which have established connections with the server in a form of list is an optimization operation for eliminating a connection verification process. Namely, by checking the presence of historical connection information of a mobile terminal to be connected, the connection process can be directly completed without verification. This process is similar to the process of storing a WIFI password, and if a user has been connected once, the connection process can be directly completed without verification when the user enters the preset range for the second time.
[0080] Correspondingly, the method further comprises the following steps:
[0081] S107: whether the mobile terminal within the preset range is present in the first list or not is detected, and if so, the step S101/S102 is skipped, and a connection with the mobile terminal is directly established.
[0082] In addition, in some possible cases, some guests may do not often come to home to participate in a gathering, and if the identity information of the guests is stored in the first list for a long time after the mobile terminals have been connected for once, the storage space is occupied, and the retrieving efficiency of the first feedback information may be reduced. Therefore, in one possible embodiment, as shown in FiG. 5, the method further comprises:
[0083] S108: whether the mobile terminals in the first list are located within the preset range or not is detected at a preset time interval. The preset time interval should be set according to actual demands, for example, for a conference room with a large flow of people, the preset time interval may be appropriately set to be a relatively short time, such as 1-2 hours, so as to meet the demands of mobile terminals in the room for a short duration (e.g., duration of a conference). If it is at home, the preset time interval may be appropriately set to be a longer time, such as one day, so that the use demands can be met at least on the very day of the gathering.
[0084] if any one of the mobile terminals is not located within the preset range, the information of the mobile terminal is deleted from the first list. Therefore, the information of active mobile terminals in the first list is updated timely, so that the retrieving efficiency is conveniently and maximally improved, thereby ensuring that the time difference of the prompt statement relative to the incoming call is reduced to the minimum, and improving the answering speed.
[0085] Referring to FIG. 6, a diagram illustrating construction of an intelligent household device having a smartphone incoming call prompt function provided by the present application is shown.
[0086] As can be seen from FIG. 6, the device comprises:
[0087] a sending unit 10 for sending connection prompt information to a mobile terminal within a preset range;
[0088] a receiving unit 20 for receiving first feedback information sent by the mobile terminal, the first feedback information including identity information representing the mobile terminal; and for receiving second feedback information sent by the mobile terminal with the established connection; the second feedback information being generated by the mobile terminal upon reception of an incoming call;
[0089] a communication unit 30 for establishing a communication connection with the mobile terminal;
[0090] a retrieving unit 40 for retrieving identity information corresponding to the mobile terminal corresponding to the second feedback information; and
[0091] a prompting unit 50 for playing a prompt statement containing the identity information.
[0092] The device further comprises:
[0093] a starting unit 60 for acquiring a function enabling instruction;
[0094] an encryption unit 70 for encrypting the connection prompt information with a secret key;
[0095] a statistics unit 80 for generating a first list according to the first feedback information of all the connected mobile terminals; the first list being used for storing historical corresponding relationships between the mobile terminals and the identity information; and
[0096] a detection unit 90 for detecting whether the mobile terminal within the preset range is present in the first list; and for detecting whether the mobile terminals in the first list are located within the preset range or not at a preset time interval.
[0097] The device provided by the application completely corresponds to the method in the various embodiments described above, and the description of the device refers to the description in the above-mentioned method, which will not be repeated here.
[0098] Other embodiments of the application will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the application disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the application following the general principles of the application and including common general knowledge or customary technical means in the art not disclosed herein. It is intended that the specification and examples be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope and spirit of the application being indicated by the following claims.
[0099] It is to be understood that the application is not limited to the precise constructions described above and shown in the drawings, and that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the application is limited only by the accompanying claims.
