Abstract
The application discloses an indoor multifunctional intelligent clothes airer. A humidity sensor is provided which is arranged at the position of a window. The humidity sensor is configured such that when it detects that the humidity at the window rises to a certain value, an electric signal is transmitted to a controller in a wireless manner. The controller controls a first motor, a second motor and an ultraviolet emitter of the airer to work; the first motor drives a baffle and a support frame arranged on the baffle to move by means of gears, and the support frame drives the clothes hanging holder to move, so that clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder are moved indoors; and meanwhile, the second motor operates to drive a rainproof retractable cover, and the rainproof retractable cover moves downwards to form a shield between the clothes hung on the airer and the window.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the technical field of intelligent home, in particular to an indoor multifunctional intelligent clothes airer.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION As a tool for drying clothes, clothes airers have now become a necessity for many families. Referring to FIG. 1, which is a schematic diagram illustrating the structure of a conventional clothes airer comprising: a rod 100, a steel wire rope 200, a guide assembly 300 and a crank assembly 400. The guide assembly 300 1s arranged on the ceiling and the wall, and the crank assembly 400 is generally arranged on the wall. One end of the steel wire rope 200 is connected with the rod 100 such that the rod 100 is hung below the ceiling via the steel wire rope 200, and the other end of the steel wire rope 200 is guided by the guide assembly 300 and connected to the crank assembly 400. The user can turn the handle of the crank assembly 400 to roll up or release the steel wire rope 200 so as to adjust the height of the rod 100, so that the user is enabled to hang or pick clothes on the rod 100.
However, the conventional clothes airer only has the function of hanging clothes, but cannot provide a function of bringing in clothes in rainy days, and therefore cannot prevent the problem that clothes may get wet when no one is at home; besides, in the case of consecutive rainy days, the clothes to be aired cannot be dried in time, and without exposure to sunlight, bacteria breeding may occur in the clothes, which easily causes smells of the clothes; moreover, if the rain is heavy, the rainwater may easily splash into the room, so that just simply moving the clothes cannot completely prevent the clothes from getting wet.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an indoor multifunctional intelligent clothes airer to solve the problem that the conventional clothes airer cannot prevent the clothes from getting smell without exposure to sunlight, and cannot prevent the clothes from getting wet by rainwater.
The indoor multifunctional intelligent clothes airer provided by the present invention comprises: a first motor, a baffle, a shaft rod, a support frame, a cross rod, a clothes hanging holder, pins, a humidity sensor, a controller, an ultraviolet emitter, a wind speed sensor, a fan and a rainproof retractable device; the shaft rod passes through via holes I and via holes II to connect the baffle and the support frame, and connections of the support frame and the shaft rod are penetrated by the pins by which the support frame and the shaft rod are fixedly connected; a gear II is arranged at one side of the shaft rod, and the gear II meshes with a gear I; one end of the cross rod is provided with a positioning member, the cross rod passes through a through hole and the via holes III to connect the support frame and the clothes hanging holder, and the positioning member fits to a projection at one end of the support frame while a fastener is arranged on the other side of the cross rod; the controller is electrically connected with the first motor and the ultraviolet emitter, and the controller is in wireless connection with the humidity sensor; and the rainproof retractable device is a cabinet, the baffle is fixedly connected to a lower surface of the cabinet, the ultraviolet emitter is fixedly arranged on the lower surface, close to the indoor, of the rainproof retractable device, the fan is disposed inside the cabinet, and an opening is correspondingly formed in a bottom side of the cabinet according to the position of the fan.
The wind speed sensor is arranged on the baffle, and the wind speed sensor 1s electrically connected with the controller; a pyroelectric infrared sensor is arranged on the bottom of the clothes hanging holder, and the pyroelectric infrared sensor is electrically connected with the controller; the fan disposed inside the cabinet of the rainproof retractable device is an ionic fan, an air outlet of the fan faces towards the clothes hanging holder, the fan is electrically connected with the controller, and a manual switch is connected in series between the fan and the controller; and the indoor multifunctional intelligent clothes airer further comprises a mobile control terminal which 1s in communication connection with the controller. In practical application, a user can control the controller through the manual switch and a remote controller so as to operate the motor to retract the clothes hanging holder and retract the rainproof retractable device, so that the user can collect dried clothes conveniently; moreover, the humidity sensor detects the humidity at the window during airing of the clothes, and if the humidity at the window is higher than a preset value, the controller controls the first motor and the second motor to operate to retract the clothes indoors, and at the same time, the rainproof plastic cover is put down by the second motor, the ionic fan starts to blow air to the clothes to accelerate drying of the clothes, and the ultraviolet emitter emits ultraviolet rays to the clothes to sterilize the clothes, so that the clothes is prevented from getting smell.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS Referring to FIG. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an indoor multifunctional intelligent clothes airer, comprising: a first motor 10, a baffle 20, a shaft rod 21, a support frame 23, a cross rod 24, a clothes hanging holder 25, pins 26, a humidity sensor 30, a controller 32, an ultraviolet emitter 405, a wind speed sensor 202, a fan 406, and a rainproof retractable device 40; as shown in FIG. 3, the first motor 10 is fixedly connected to a side frame of the baffle 20 through bolts or the like, and a gear I 11 is disposed at power output of the first motor 10, namely, the gear I 11 is fixedly arranged on a transmission shaft of the first motor 10; the baffle 20 is n-shaped, and circular via holes I 201 are correspondingly formed along the horizontal direction in a left protruding portion and a right protruding portion of the baffle 20, so that the n-shaped baffle 20 only creates friction with the shaft rod 21 in the circular via holes I 201 in the left and right protruding portions of the baffle 20, i.e. the shaft rod 21 is allowed to rotate smoothly, and the support frame 23 is enabled to 5 move smoothly relative to the baffle 20 under the dynamic action of the micro first motor 10;
as shown in FIG. 4 the support frame 23 is u-shaped, and circular via holes II 231 are correspondingly formed along the horizontal direction in a left protruding portion and a right protruding portion of the support frame 23, and a circular through hole 232 is formed in the bottom of the support frame 23; two notches 22 are formed in a bottom edge of the support frame 23, a distance between the two notches 22 is equal to a distance between a left protruding portion and a right protruding portion of the u-shaped clothes hanging holder 25, the notches 22 are V-shaped, and the V-shaped notches 22 open towards the outside of the support frame 23; and when the first motor 10 drives the support frame 23 to rotate, the pins 26 provided on the support frame 23 enable the baffle to be relatively fixed to the support frame 23, so that the support frame 23 cannot swing freely.
The clothes hanging holder 25 is u-shaped, and via holes III 251 are correspondingly formed along the horizontal direction in the left protruding portion and the right protruding portion of the clothes hanging holder 25; besides, it 1s not required to provide a positioning device on the clothes hanging holder 25, so that when the clothes hanging holder 25 swings along with the rotation of the support frame 23, the gravity center of the u-shaped clothes hanging holder 25 applies a downward gravity to the clothes hanging holder 25, referring to FIG. 6, here, with the V-shaped notches 22 in the support frame 23, the left protruding portion and the right protruding portion of the clothes hanging holder 25 can be clamped in the V-shaped notches 22 as the support frame 23 rotates, so that the clothes hanging holder 25 cannot rotate freely any more, which makes the clothes stable during airing when clothes are hung on the airer.
When the support frame 23 is driven by power to move upwards, the gravity center of the u-shaped clothes hanging holder 25 points downward, but as the support frame 23 is gradually lifted, the clothes hanging holder 25 does not always point downward as perpendicular to the ground; due to the V-shaped design of the notches 22 of the support frame 23, the left protruding portion and the right protruding portion of the clothes hanging holder 25 can be clamped and fixed in the V-shaped arcs, so that the clothes hanging holder 25 is kept in the current position, and therefore, no matter where the support frame 23 moves, the clothes to be aired can be stably hung on the clothes hanging holder 25.
Among others, the shaft rod 21 passes through the via holes I 201 and the via holes II 231 to connect the baffle 20 and the support frame 23, and connections of the support frame 23 and the shaft rod 21 are penetrated by the pins 26 by which the support frame 23 and the shaft rod 21 are fixedly connected; a gear II 12 is arranged at one side of the shaft rod 21, and the gear II 12 meshes with the gear I 11; one end of the cross rod 24 is provided with a positioning member 241, the cross rod 24 passes through the through hole 232 and the via holes II 251 to connect the support frame 23 and the clothes hanging holder 25, and the positioning member 241 fits to a projection at one end of the support frame 23 while a fastener 242 is arranged on the other side of the cross rod 24 corresponding to the positioning member 241; the controller 32 is electrically connected with the first motor 10 and the ultraviolet emitter 405, and the controller 32 1s m wireless connection with the humidity sensor 30; and the rainproof retractable device 40 is a cabinet, an upper surface of the cabinet is connected to the ceiling, the baffle 20 is fixedly connected to a lower surface of the cabinet, the ultraviolet emitter 405 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface, close to the indoor, of the rainproof retractable device 40, the fan 406 is disposed inside the cabinet, and an opening is correspondingly formed in a bottom side of the cabinet according to the position of the fan 406. Specifically, the manual switch 5 may be arranged on the wall near the area below the rainproof retractable device 40, and the operation of the second motor 407 and the turning disc 401 in the rainproof retractable device 40 can be controlled by the manual switch 5. For example, when the user needs to hang or pick clothes, the user can control the second motor 407 to operate and drive the turning disc 401 to work by by using the manual switch 5, so that the transparent plastic cover 403 and the support frame 404 are driven to ascend to a proper height at which the user can conveniently hang or pick the clothes.
After the user hangs or picks the clothes, the user can control the second motor 407 and the turning disc 401 in the rainproof retractable device 40 to work by using the manual switch 5, so that the transparent plastic cover 403 and the supporting frame 404 are driven to descend to a proper height, thereby reducing occupied space above the indoor ground, and reducing the risk that the clothes gets wet.
In this embodiment, the fan 406 may be provided inside the cabinet of the rainproof retractable device 40 so as to provide sufficient wind to the clothes hanging holder 25. The humidity sensor 30 is arranged on the clothes hanging holder 25, and the humidity sensor 30 is connected with the controller 32 and used for detecting air humidity in a surrounding area of the clothes hanging holder 25 so as to allow the controller 32 to control the fan 406 to start and blow air to the surrounding area of the clothes hanging holder 25 when the air humidity is lower than a preset air humidity threshold value.
Specifically, the humidity sensor 30 may be disposed on the bottom of the clothes hanging holder 25 so as to facilitate the detection of air humidity in the vicinity of the clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder 25 and also prevent the condition that when the user hangs or picks clothes, the wet clothes may frequently contact the humidity sensor 30, causing damages to the humidity sensor 30 or influencing the accuracy of detection results of the humidity sensor 30. After the humidity sensor 30 detects the air humidity in the vicinity of the clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder 25, the detected air humidity value is transmitted to the controller 32, the controller 32 may judge whether the air humidity value is greater than a preset humidity threshold or not, and if so, the controller 32 controls the fan 406 to start to blow air to the clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder 25 to accelerate air velocity in the vicinity of the clothes, so that evaporation of moisture in the clothes is accelerated, and the clothes can be quickly dried even in southern areas with humid air. As an alternative embodiment, the humidity sensor 30 may also be disposed at the window so as to facilitate the detection of air humidity in the vicinity of the clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder 25, detect the weather outdoor more accurately and also prevent the condition that when the user hangs or picks clothes, the wet clothes may frequently contact the humidity sensor 30, causing damages to the humidity sensor 30 or influencing the accuracy of detection results of the humidity sensor 30. After the humidity sensor 30 detects the air humidity near the window, the detected air humidity value is transmitted to the controller 32, the controller 32 may judge whether the air humidity value is greater than a preset humidity threshold or not, and if so, the controller 32 controls the fan 406 to start to blow air to the clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder 25 to accelerate air velocity in the vicinity of the clothes, so that evaporation of moisture in the clothes is accelerated, and the clothes can be quickly dried even in southern areas with humid air.
As an alternative embodiment, a temperature sensor 31 may be provided in the same manner as the humidity sensor 30 and disposed on the bottom of the clothes hanging holder 25 so as to facilitate the detection of air temperature in the vicinity of the clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder 25 and also prevent the condition that when the user hangs or picks clothes, the wet clothes may frequently contact the temperature sensor 31, causing damages to the temperature sensor 31 or influencing the accuracy of detection results of the temperature sensor 31. After the temperature sensor 31 detects the air temperature in the vicinity of the clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder 25, the detected air temperature value is transmitted to the controller 32, the controller 32 may judge whether the air temperature value is lower than a preset temperature threshold or not, and if so, the controller 32 controls the fan 406 to start to blow air to the clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder 25 so as to accelerate drying of the clothes.
As an alternative embodiment, the wind speed sensor 202 may be arranged on the baffle 20, and the wind speed sensor 202 is connected with the controller 32 and used for detecting air velocity in the surrounding area of the clothes hanging holder 25 so as to enable the controller 32 to control the fan 406 to start and blow air to the surrounding area of the clothes hanging holder 25 when the air velocity is lower than a preset air velocity threshold value.
Specifically, the wind speed sensor 202 may be arranged on the bottom of the baffle 20 to detect the air velocity in the vicinity of the clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder 25 and transmit the detected wind speed value to the controller 32. The controller 32 may judge whether the air velocity is lower than a preset air velocity , and if so, the controller 32 may control the ionic fan 406 to start to blow air to the surrounding area of the clothes hanging holder 25 so as to accelerate the flow of air on the surface of the clothes, thereby accelerating the drying of the clothes.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to FIG. 5, a pyroelectric infrared sensor 252 may also be disposed on the bottom of the clothes hanging holder 25, and the pyroelectric infrared sensor 252 is connected with the controller 32 and used for detecting the approach of people under the clothes hanging holder 25, and if the approach of people under the clothes hanging holder 25 is detected, enabling the controller 32 to control the rainproof retractable device 40 to stop descending of the transparent plastic cover.
The pyroelectric infrared sensors 252 may be specifically arranged at two ends of the bottom of the clothes hanging holder 25. Referring to FIG. 7, it should be noted that the start and stop of the detection functions of the humidity sensor 30 or the temperature sensor 31, the wind speed sensor 202, and the pyroelectric infrared sensor 252 described above may be set by the user, and the humidity sensor 30, the temperature sensor 31, the wind speed sensor 202, and the pyroelectric infrared sensor 252 are in communication connection with the controller 32 in a wired or wireless manner individually.
Referring to FIG. 5, the clothes hanging holder 25 is provided with recesses 251 which are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the clothes hanging holder 25, the recesses 251 are recessed downwards with respective to the top of the clothes hanging holder 25, and a one-way lock catch 253 is arranged at an open position of each recess.
When the user hangs the clothes, clothes hangers may be hung in the recesses 251, so that the clothes can be prevented from moving closely under blowing of external wind.
By hanging the clothes hangers in the recesses 251, the surface area of the clothes contacting with the air can be increased, so that the drying of the clothes is further accelerated, and the clothes are prevented from falling.
As an alternative embodiment, the rainproof retractable device 40 is a rectangular cabinet, and the rainproof retractable device 40 comprises a second motor 407, a transparent plastic cover 403, a support frame 404, a turning disc 401, and fixed pulleys 402; wherein the support frame 404 is arranged inside the transparent plastic cover 403 at equal intervals, a power supply of the second motor 407 is electrically connected with the controller 32, and a power output shaft of the second motor 407 is in transmission connection with the turning disc 401, a first pulling wire is tangentially provided at the top of the turning disc 401 and is connected to the support frame 404 at the bottom of a side, close to the indoor, of the transparent plastic cover 403 via the fixed pulley 402, and a second pulling wire is tangentially provided at the bottom of the turning disc and is connected to the support frame 404 at the bottom of a side, close to the outdoor, of the transparent plastic cover 403 via the fixed pulley 402.
The fan 406 disposed inside the cabinet of the rainproof retractable device 40 is an ionic fan, an air outlet of the ionic fan faces towards the clothes hanging holder 25, and the ionic fan is connected with the manual switch 5. During airing of the clothes, if the surrounding environment of the clothes is relatively dry, the dried clothes, especially sweaters containing chemical fiber materials, are easy to generate static electricity, causing inconvenience in wearing by the user.
Referring to FIGs. 7 and 8, in this case, the fan 406 may be started by the manual switch 5 and the controller 32 to blow air to the clothes. The ionic fan as the fan 406 is capable of generating a large flow of air with positive and negative charges to neutralize the charge on the clothes. When the charge on the surface of the clothes is negative, the positive charge in the air flow can be absorbed, and when the charge on the surface of the clothes is positive, the negative charge in the air flow can be absorbed, so that the static electricity on the surface of the clothes is neutralized, and the purpose of removing static electricity is achieved.
An emission port of the ultraviolet emitter 405 arranged on the outer bottom of the cabinet of the rainproof retractable device 40 faces towards the clothes hanging holder 25, and the ultraviolet emitter 405 is connected with the manual switch 5. When the user needs to sterilize the clothes, the ultraviolet emitter 405 may be started by the manual switch 5 and a mobile control terminal so as to sterilize the clothes with ultraviolet irradiation, thereby preventing the clothes from breeding bacteria and getting smell.
Referring to FIGs 7 and 8, as an alternative embodiment, an LED lamp, instead of the ultraviolet emitter 405, is arranged on the outer bottom of the cabinet of the rainproof retractable device 40, the LED lamp faces towards the clothes hanging holder 25, and the LED lamp is connected with the manual switch 5. When the light indoor is weak, the LED lamp can be turned on by the manual switch 5 and the mobile control terminal to provide illumination, so that the user can conveniently hang or pick clothes, and the condition that turnmg on a light indoor may disturb other people can be prevented.
The indoor multifunctional intelligent clothes airer may further comprise the mobile control terminal which is in communication connection with the controller 32 and is used for controlling start and stop of the humidity sensor 30, the controller 32, the ultraviolet emitter 405, the wind speed sensor 202, the fan 406 and the rainproof retractable device 40. The mobile control terminal may be an intelligent mobile phone, a tablet computer or the like, and the user is enabled to remotely control the intelligent clothes airer with the mobile control terminal.
As can be seen from the above technical scheme, according to the intelligent clothes airer provided by the embodiments of the present application, the controller 32 may be controlled by the manual switch 5 to control the first motor 10, the second motor 407 and the ultraviolet emitter 405 to operate, the first motor 10 drives the baffle 20 and the support frame 23 arranged on the baffle 20 to move by means of gears, and the support frame 23 drives the clothes hanging holder 25 to move, so that clothes hung on the clothes hanging holder 25 are moved indoors; and meanwhile, the second motor 407 operates to drive the transparent plastic cover 403, and the transparent plastic cover 403 moves downwards to form a shield between the clothes hung on the airer and the window, so that the problem that the clothes may get wet by rainwater when no one is at home can be solved.
