At this time, the suction fan 20 is started. and the suction fan 20 sucks the harmful gas by means of the air pipe 21 and the suction groove 23 and the harmful gas is filtered by means of the activated carbon filter plate 24. Then the expansion cylinder 25 is started, and the expansion cylinder 25 drives the pressing plate 27 by the piston rod 26 to move up and down and press the fabrics.

The heating of the second resistance heating block 29 ensures the dye temperature, and speeds up dyeing at the same time.
When the completion of dyeing is observed via the observation window 37, the second driving motor 34 is started.
The second driving motor 34 drives the second bevel gear 35 to rotate, the second bevel gear 35 drives the first bevel gear 32 to rotate, and the first bevel gear 32 drives the rolling shaft 31 to rotate.
