A hydraulic cylinder test bed measurement and control system comprises console, 5 electrical control cabinet, measurement and control cabinet, three test beds and main oil source components. Test data is acquired, analyzed and processed, a predetermined measurement and control program is automatically selected and started in automatic test mode according to test items selected by a user, instruction signals are sent to an analog output card and a PLC according to a predetermined action sequence, and output to 10 actuating elements eg. proportional overflow valves, proportional reversing valves, solenoid valves and contactors, realizing real-time control and acquisition of test data eg. pressure, flow and displacement, full-automatic flow monitoring and control of performance test processes e.g. frequency response and step response of hydraulic cylinders, real-time data acquisition with high speed and precision, efficient and accurate 15 real-time issuance of control commands, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, high efficiency and safety of the test measurements and control.

Description

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER TEST BED MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL
SYSTEM Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic cylinder test bed measurement and control, in particular to a hydraulic cylinder test bed measurement and control system. Background of the Invention A hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic actuating element that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and performs linear reciprocating motion (or swinging motion). The hydraulic cylinder is simple in structure and reliable in operation. When the hydraulic cylinder is used to realize reciprocating motion, a deceleration device can be omitted, no transmission gap occurs, and the motion is stable, so the hydraulic cylinder has been widely used in hydraulic systems of various machines. In the delivery, upgrade optimization, maintenance and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders, relevant performances of the hydraulic cylinders are required to be tested, in order to better improve the technical performance and quality of products and enhance the market competitiveness of the products.
Alaboratory hydraulic cylinder measurement and control system provides, according to the working characteristics of an engineering machine, a large-scale comprehensive test platform with high precision for its hydraulic elements and hydraulic systems. The laboratory hydraulic cylinder measurement and control system can simulate various actual process conditions of the engineering machine under the control of a computer and load the tested elements and systems, so as to test the static and dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic elements and hydraulic systems under the simulated process conditions. However, the existing hydraulic cylinder test bed measurement and control system cannot perform high-speed, real-time and accurate acquisition and control on relevant performance parameters of a hydraulic cylinder on the test bed, requires human aid for manual measurement and control, and cannot realize high-speed, real-time and full-automatic measurement and control.
Summary of the Invention An objective of the present invention is to propose a hydraulic cylinder test bed measurement and control system in order to solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above objective, the following technical solution is adopted in the present invention.
A hydraulic cylinder test bed measurement and control system comprises a console, an electrical control cabinet, a measurement and control cabinet, three test beds and main oil source components, wherein the console comprises a display screen, an industrial control computer and secondary display instruments, and the industrial control computer is electrically connected with the display screen; the measurement and control cabinet comprises an analog data output card, a signal isolation module, an analog data acquisition card, and level conversion and hardware filtering components; the analog data output card is connected with the signal isolation module, and the analog data acquisition card is connected with the level conversion and hardware filtering components; the electrical control cabinet comprises a PLC module, a control power supply, buttons and switches, an intermediate relay, an indicator light and a sound-light alarm device; the control power supply, the buttons and switches, the intermediate relay, the indicator light and the sound-light alarm device are all electrically connected with the PLC module; each of the three test beds comprises a proportional overflow valve, a proportional reversing valve, a hydraulic branch oil line and branch oil line sensors; the proportional overflow valve and the proportional reversing valve are mechanically connected with the hydraulic branch oil line; the main oil source components comprise a solenoid valve, an oil pump, a hydraulic main oil line and main oil line sensors; and the solenoid valve is mechanically connected with the hydraulic main oil line.
Preferably, the main oil line sensors comprise a pressure sensor, a flow sensor and a temperature sensor.
Preferably, the branch oil line sensors comprise a pressure sensor, a flow sensor, a displacement sensor and an electronic balance sensor.
Preferably, the proportional overflow valve and the proportional reversing valve are electrically connected with the signal isolation module. Preferably, the analog data acquisition card 1s a multifunctional data acquisition card. Preferably, the solenoid valve is electrically connected with the intermediate relay.
Preferably, the branch oil line sensors are electrically connected with the level conversion and hardware filtering components. Beneficial effects of the present invention: test data is acquired, analyzed and processed, a predetermined measurement and control program is automatically selected and started in an automatic test mode according to the test items selected by a user, and instruction signals are sent to the analog output card and a PLC according to the predetermined action sequence, and finally output to actuating elements such as proportional overflow valves, proportional reversing valves, solenoid valves and contactors, thereby realizing real-time control and acquisition of various test data such as pressure, flow and displacement, full-automatic flow monitoring and control of more than ten specific performance test processes such as frequency response and step response of hydraulic cylinders, real-time data acquisition with high speed and high precision, and efficient and accurate real-time issuance of control commands, and ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, high efficiency and safety of the test measurement and control process.

Detailed Description of the Embodiments A clear and complete description will be made to the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Apparently, the embodiments described are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of them.
Referring to Figs. 1-5, a hydraulic cylinder test bed measurement and control system comprises a console, an electrical control cabinet, a measurement and control cabinet, three test beds and main oil source components, wherein the console comprises a display screen, an industrial control computer and secondary display instruments; the secondary display instruments display the data of sensors, which is convenient for a worker to inquire and understand.
The industrial control computer is electrically connected with the display screen, and a labVIEW-based full-automatic measurement and control software system is installed on the industrial control computer, which can perform various tests such as trial operation test, starting pressure characteristic test, pressure resistance test, durability test, stroke test, frequency response test and step test on a hydraulic cylinder.
For each test, a variety of test processes and test parameters can be manually selected and set in advance, and specific test parameters can be set for a specific hydraulic cylinder.
Real-time communication between DAQNavi Polymorphic VI and an analog data acquisition card and labVIEW application software are used to set various test parameters and test processes of the hydraulic cylinder, flow control of each test process, real-time acquisition and low-pass and smooth filtering of various test data such as pressure, flow and displacement, linear engineering quantity conversion, real-time dynamic data and curve display and storage, and generation and printing of various test reports, and the display screen displays the data on the industrial control computer, which is convenient for the worker to operate and understand.
The measurement and control cabinet comprises an analog data output card, a signal isolation module, an analog data acquisition card, and level conversion and hardware filtering components.
The analog data acquisition card is a multifunctional data acquisition card.
The analog output card and the analog data output card are connected with the signal isolation module, and the analog data acquisition card is connected with the level conversion and hardware filtering components.
The analog input realizes high-precision reading of data by means of differential access, the level conversion realizes the conversion 5 of 4-20 ma analog current signals of pressure, flow or the like to 1-5VDC voltage signals, and the input and output signal isolation and the hardware filtering realize the reliability and accuracy of analog data transmission.
The electrical control cabinet comprises a PLC module, a control power supply, buttons and switches, an intermediate relay, an indicator light and a sound-light alarm device.
The control power supply, the buttons and switches, the intermediate relay, the indicator light and the sound-light alarm device are all electrically connected with the PLC module.
The PLC module controls and operates the connected devices.
Each of the three test beds comprises a proportional overflow valve, a proportional reversing valve, a hydraulic branch oil line and branch oil line sensors.
The branch oil line sensors detect and record the data on the three test beds, the branch oil line sensors are electrically connected with the level conversion and hardware filtering components, and the level conversion and hardware filtering components make the measured data of the branch oil line sensors more accurate and prevent the interference of external factors.
The proportional overflow valve and the proportional reversing valve are electrically connected with the signal isolation module.
The signal isolation can isolate external interference factors.
The branch oil line sensors comprise a pressure sensor, a flow sensor, a displacement sensor and an electronic balance sensor.
