Abstract

The present invention discloses a street light sprinkler device, and belongs to the technical field of a combination of a lighting device and a sprinkler device. The street light sprinkler device includes a double-layer spray pipe fixed on a street light pole, and 5 the double-layer spray pipe is parallel to the street light pole. One end of the double- layer spray pipe is a water inlet, and the other end of the double-layer spray pipe is an air inlet. The double-layer spray pipe is provided with a double-layer pipeline consisting of a water passage pipeline and an air passage pipeline. STREET LIGHT SPRINKLER DEVICE
TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to a sprinkler device combined with a street light, and belongs to the technical field of a combination of a lighting device and a sprinkler device.
BACKGROUND Currently, the urbanization and the transportation industry are developed rapidly, vehicles are used increasingly and the consequent increase in the exhaust gas emissions. Besides, industrial emissions, building dust, and waste incineration lead to a large number of fog and haze weather, which dramatically affects people's daily life. At present, the street sprinkler is employed as a primary measure to solve this problem, which can mitigate the dust, and improve the air quality to a certain extent. However, the workload of the street sprinkler is heavy, resulting in a relatively high human cost and a poor real-time performance. Moreover, the street sprinkler has a poor long-term dust suppression effect, and brings a great inconvenience to traffic and people.
In order to reduce the human cost and increase the coverage area, the sprinkler device should meet the following requirements: (1) achieving large area coverage of urban roads; (2) adopting a spray method of water and air mixing, and properly designing a water and air mixing device, and a nozzle; (3) making the structure as simple as possible, thereby alleviating the load of the sprinkler device.
SUMMARY In order to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art mentioned above, the present disclosure provides a street light sprinkler device, which organically combines the street light lighting device with the sprinkler device, is convenient to achieve large area coverage of the urban roads. In addition, the sprinkler device adopts a spray method of water and air mixing, which has a simple structure and is easily popularized.
The present disclosure is realized by the following technical solutions. A street light sprinkler device, including a double-layer spray pipe fixed on a street light pole, and the double-layer spray pipe is parallel to the street light pole. One end of the double- layer spray pipe is a water inlet, and the other end of the double-layer spray pipe is an air inlet. The double-layer spray pipe is provided with a double-layer pipeline consisting of a water passage pipeline and an air passage pipeline. The water passage pipeline and the air passage pipeline are sealed and isolated. The water inlet is connected to the water passage pipeline, and the water inlet is connected to a pressure water pipe. The air inlet is connected to the air passage pipeline, and the air inlet is connected to the pressure air pipe. The outer side of the double-layer spray pipe is provided with a plurality of mixing nozzles, and each mixing nozzle includes a water outlet nested and combined with an air outlet. The water outlet 1s connected to the water passage pipeline. The air outlet is connected to the air passage pipe. A spray cap is fixed outside the mixing nozzle. A plurality of spray holes is arranged on the spray cap.
As an improvement, the double-layer spray pipe is fixed on the street light pole by two spray pipe annular supports. thereby realizing the spraying by water and air mixing.
