Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments A detailed description of the handheld eve washer of the invention is given below in combination with the schematic diagram, showing the preferred embodiment of the invention.
It should be appreciated that those skilled in the art can modify the invention described herein while still achieving the advantageous effects of the invention.
Therefore, it should be appreciated that the following description is widely known by those skilled in the art and not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in Figure 1-22, the invention discloses a handheld eve washer, comprising: a handle portion 7, wherein, a hollow shaft 4 is installed in the shaft channel arranged in the handle portion 7. and a press-push button which can push the hollow shaft to move along the axial direction of the shaft channel is arranged for the handle portion 7. As shown in Figure 14, the handle portion here comprises a handle main housing 70 with a shaft channel, a handle shell cover 71 arranged at the handle main housing, and a press-push button 72 arranged at the handle main housing and located at the press-push button mounting port arranged at the handle shell cover, wherein, symmetrically arranged press-push button rotation shaft mounting side lugs 701 are arranged for the handle main housing, rotation shaft mounting grooves
702 are arranged for the press-push button rotation shaft mounting side lugs, a rotation shaft 720 installed at the rotation shaft mounting grooves is arranged at the tail of the press-push button 72, clamping portions 721 (also called clamping pins) which clamp the hollow shaft are arranged at the tail of the press-push button 72, the clamping portions 721 are two oppositely arranged clamping pieces, the tail of the whole press-push button enables the clamping portions 721 of the press-push button to clamp the hollow shaft through the rotation shaft 720 for axial movements within a preset range, and the distance of the axial movements only needs to make the top end of the hollow shaft no longer abut on a sealing head of the valve core.
When the top end of the hollow shaft is separated from the sealing head of the valve core, the inner channel of the eye washer can be connected, thus making liquid flow out of the eye washer.
Since the handle portion is in such detachable structure of the handle main housing and the handle shell cover, locking pin insertion holes can be arranged in the upper and lower parts of the handle portion main housing and the handle shell cover respectively, thus facilitating locking of the handle portion main housing and the handle shell cover.
As shown in Figures 21-22, upper locking pin insertion holes k1 (two) are arranged in the side wall of the bull horn elbow mounting channel of the handle main housing, and mating holes (forming upper locking pin mounting holes k together with the upper locking pin insertion holes) which fit with the upper locking pin insertion holes are arranged in the handle shell cover.
Door type upper locking pins tl are inserted from the mating holes arranged in the handle shell cover into the upper locking pin insertion holes arranged in the handle main housing, and complete the locking operation by hooking a hole wall at the outlet of the upper locking pin insertion holes by reverse hooks of the door type upper locking pins tl.
Similarly, lower locking pin insertion holes K2 (two) are arranged in the side wall of the hose fitting mounting channel of the handle main housing, and holes (forming lower locking pin mounting holes k' together with the lower locking pin insertion holes) which fit with the lower locking pin insertion holes are arranged in the handle shell cover.
Door type lower locking pins t2 are inserted from the mating holes arranged in the handle shell cover into the lower locking pin insertion holes arranged in the handle main housing, and complete the locking operation by hooking a hole wall at the outlet of the lower locking pin insertion holes by reverse hooks of the door type lower locking pins t2. A hose fitting arranged at a hose fitting mounting channel arranged at the bottom of the handle 5 portion 6 is used to connect an external hose, the hollow shaft extends into the hose fitting, and a first sealing ring 8 is installed to the hollow shaft extending into the hose fitting.
As shown in Figure 18 and Figure 18’, a female thread structure is arranged at the top of the hose fitting mounting channel, the hose fitting is installed to the hose fitting mounting channel through a thread structure, the male thread structure at the hose fitting head is not shown in Figure 18, the male thread structure at the hose fitting head 1s shown in Figure 18’, and a male thread structure in butt joint with the hose is arranged for the hose fitting.
Similarly, the male thread structure at the tail of the hose fitting is not shown in Figure 18, while the male thread structure at the tail of the hose fitting is shown in Figure 18’. Note that it can be seen from Figure 18’ that a first sealing ring mounting annular groove 8’ is arranged in the inner channel of the hose fitting, when the hollow shaft is pushed into the first sealing ring of the hose fitting, the eve washer inner channel is connected, and at this time, the first sealing ring can effectively seal the hollow shaft and the hose fitting inner channel to avoid water leakage.
Here, the portion of the hose fitting, which is used to arrange the hollow shaft. needs to be matched with the outside diameter of the hollow shaft.
A bull horn elbow arranged at a bull horn elbow mounting channel arranged at the top of the handle portion 3 is in butt joint with the bull horn elbow, and a second sealing ring is arranged at the inner channel of the bull horn elbow 3. As shown in Figure 16 and Figure 16’, the second sealing ring of the bull horn elbow is installed where the hollow shaft extends into a port, and an inner race of the sealing ring fits with the hollow shaft in a sealed mode.
In Figure 16, it can be seen that a second sealing ring mounting groove 3a is formed at the inlet of the bull hom elbow 3. After the second sealing ring is installed, the inside diameter of the second sealing ring is the same as that of a middle channel of the bull horn elbow, thus allowing the hollow shaft to enter the inner channel of the bull horn elbow.
A valve core is detachably installed to the bull horn elbow, and a thread structure is selected to realize connection between the valve core and the bull horn elbow.
From Figure 16’, it can be seen that a female thread structure is arranged at the upper part of the inner channel of the bull horn elbow, thus realizing threaded assembly with the male thread structure arranged at the valve head of the valve core.
As shown in Figures 19-19’, the valve core 2 has a valve seat 2a with a hollow channel and a valve head 2b arranged in the valve seat (the outside diameter of the cylindrical valve head is smaller than the inside diameter of the valve seat, and is coaxial with the valve seat, so there is an open structure 2d which allows water streams to pass through between the valve head and the valve seat), connectors 2c (bulges radially arranged at the cylindrical valve head, three bulges are arranged at a circular array of the valve head, and male thread structures are arranged for the three bulges) are arranged between the valve head and the valve seat, the male thread structure arranged at the connectors is in threaded assembly with the female thread structure arranged in bull horn elbow, the head of the valve core is installed to the straight pipe of the bull horn curved sprinkler head 1 through the thread structure (wrapped with a thread tape), and a rubber sealing portion is arranged at the end of the valve core. A rubber sealing portion mounting annular groove 2b’ is shown in Figure 19 and Figure 19’, and the rubber sealing portion is a rubber sealing ring. The rubber sealing ring installed to the rubber sealing portion mounting annular groove can block the inner channel of the hollow shaft after the upper end opening of the hollow shaft butts on the column, thus making the eye washer inner channel in a closed state, the end of the hollow shaft far away from the hole fitting extends into the bull horn elbow, and the upper end of the hollow shaft abuts on the rubber sealing portion of the valve core so that the eye washer is on OFF status.
A spring which is installed to the hollow shaft and makes the hollow shaft abut on the valve core rubber sealing portion is installed inside the handle portion 5. When the press-push button pushes the hollow shaft and compresses the spring, the hollow shaft is enabled to move in a direction away from the rubber sealing portion, and the eye washer is connected.
As shown in Figure 14, the press-push button has a clamping pin which clamps a push groove arranged in the hollow shaft and a rotation shaft arranged at the top of the clamping pin, a telescopic tongue is arranged for the press-push button at an end far away from the rotation shaft 72a, and a limiting portion which fits with the telescopic tongue is arranged for the handle portion. Here, the handle shell cover of the handle portion is directly used to approach the shell wall of the press-push button mounting port (the arrow R in Figure 14 is the shell wall which limits the telescopic tongue) asa limiting portion, thus avoiding disengagement of the press-push button from the press-push button mounting port. A tongue spring is arranged at the tail of the telescopic tongue, a push portion of the telescopic tongue can make the telescopic tongue fall back by compressing the tongue spring at the finger, thus avoiding the case that the press-push button cannot be pressed down when a free end of the telescopic tongue abuts on a limiting wall 70d (as shown in Figure 23) of the handle portion. When the press-push button is pressed down, the clamping pin at the tail pushes the hollow shaft to move away from the valve core. When a gap exists between the hollow shaft and the rubber sealing port of the valve core, the whole eye washer inner channel is connected (after the bull horn elbow is screwed into the valve head of the valve core, the end part abuts on the valve seat where the sealing ring can also be arranged, thus reinforcing the airtightness effect, and the second sealing ring of the bull horn elbow can ensure the airtightness performance of the hollow shaft and the bull hom elbow inner channel).
From Figure 15, it can be seen that the hollow shaft is made of stainless steel, a plurality of segments of annular bulges are arranged on the hollow shaft, there are three segments of annular bulges here, and annular grooves are formed between adjacent annular bulges. Here, the annular grooves {defined as third annular grooves 41) that are close to the lower end of the hollow shaft are regarded as the positions clamped by the clamping pins. The clamping pins clamp the annular grooves, one end of the spring 5 abuts on an annular abutment platform at the lower part of the hollow shaft, and the other end abuts on an annular step at the upper part of the hose fitting mounting channel. From Figure 15, it can be seen that a stepped flared structure 4a is arranged for the inner channel of the hollow shaft 4 near the shaft end. It can be known in combination with Figure 19 that a reducing head 2b" is arranged at the front end of the cylindrical valve head 2b of the valve core, and an annular groove 2b’ is arranged at a part of the reducing head close to the valve head body. Since the top end of the hollow shaft has the stepped flared structure (the inside diameter here is greater than that of the hollow shaft inner channel), the reducing head is allowed to enter the stepped flared structure of the hollow shaft, and the top of the hollow shaft is pressed against the rubber sealing portion installed to the annular groove 2b’. When the hollow shaft operated by the handle moves down so that the top end of the hollow shaft moves away from the rubber sealing portion, the inner channel of the bull horn elbow is communicated with the bull horn curved sprinkler head 1, thus realizing the water spray operation. Since the second sealing ring of the bull horn elbow 3 is in close fit with the upper part of the hollow shaft, water streams will not leak from a space between the bull horn elbow and the hollow shaft(because the bull horn elbow is screwed into the valve core through the thread structure so that the top of the bull horn elbow abuts on the lower edge of the valve seat arranged at the valve core, the contact surface between the bull horn elbow and the valve seat can ensure the airtightness effect. Alternatively, a sealing ring in contact with the lower edge of the valve seat can be installed to the connector of the valve core, and the sealing ring is between the bull horn elbow and the valve seat, thus further reinforcing the airtightness performance). Similarly, the second sealing ring of the hose fitting is in close fit with the lower part of the hollow shaft so that water will not leak from the space between the hollow shaft and the hose fitting.
As shown in Figure 23-24, the hollow shaft is arranged in the shaft channel 70a of the handle portion 7, a bull horn elbow mounting channel 70b is arranged at the upper part of the handle portion, and a hose fitting mounting channel 70c is arranged at the lower part of the handle portion. Notably, the bull horn elbow mounting channel 70b and the hose fitting mounting channel 70c are arranged on the handle main housing 70. From Figure 24, it can be seen that a female thread structure that fits with the hose fitting is arranged for the hose fitting mounting channel 70e. In addition, door type locking pins, which fit with the door type locking pins installed to the bull horn elbow mounting channel 70b and the hose fitting mounting channel 70c, are arranged for the side walls of both the bull horn elbow mounting channel 70b and the hose fitting mounting channel 70c.
Accordingly, door type locking pin access holes p are arranged for the side walls of parts installed to the bull horn elbow mounting channel 70b and the hose fitting mounting channel 70c.
Notably, the clamping pins of the press-push button 72 can clamp in the third annular grooves 41 of the hollow shaft. In the case that a concave platform which fits with the clamping pins is arranged for the annular bulges at the lower part of the third annular grooves. the clamping pins can partially clamp at the concave platform. As shown in Figure 25, the press-push button can also push the hollow shaft to move down when a part of the clamping pins is located at the third annular grooves 41 and the other part is located at the concave platform arranged at the annular bulges at the lower part of the third annular grooves.
When you need to use the eye washer, press the press-push button of the handle portion with the hand. At this time, the press-push button can allow the clamping pins to push the hollow shaft to move away from the valve core (the moving stroke is small to ensure that the rubber sealing portion of the valve core is disengaged from the top opening of the hollow shaft, and then the eye washer channel can be connected), thus turning on the eve washer. If eye washing is completed, release the press-push button, then the spring is reset from the compressed state without the action of external forces. then the upper opening of the hollow shaft is driven to abut on the valve core sealing portion, and the eye washer is turned off.
The description above is the preferred embodiment of the invention only, and has no limit to the invention. The changes in any form, such as equivalent replacements or modifications, made to the technical solution and contents disclosed in the invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the invention belong to the contents without departing from the technical solution of the invention, and are still within the scope of protection of the invention.
