Abstract
The present invention relates generally to a multiple functional labeller in the field of packaging technology. The labeller comprises a labeling strip conveying mechanism (1), a labeling mechanism (2), conveyor belts (3) and a digital controller (4). A fender (5) is arranged on both sides of the conveyor belts (3) to prevent objects from falling down. The conveyor belts (3) comprise a first conveyor belt (301) which is arranged horizontally and a second conveyor belt (302) which is arranged obliquely, wherein the first conveyor belt (301) is equipped with a width adjustable device and the second conveyor belt (302) is equipped with a damping device (7) for conveying resistance. The present invention has a great amount of merits, e.g. labeling the multiple—size objects, the widespread use, the high utilization rate and the small occupation, and after labeling process, the conveying process is more stable and no collisions will happen, therefore the appearance quality of product can be ensured.
Description
A MULIPLE FUNCTIONAL LABELLER FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates generally to a labeller, in particular, a multiple functional labeller, in the technical field of packaging technology.
BACKGROUND
Labeller is the equipment for attaching a sticky label (paper or metal foils) to PCB, products or specific packages, and plays an important role in the modern packaging. There are many kinds of labellers with different technologies, from manual, semi-automatic labeling to high speed labeling, in China.
It is common that a labeller is the equipment for attaching paper or metai foils to specific packaging containers through adhesive. When a sensor transmits a signal of preparing for labeling, the driving wheels configured on the labeller rotate. Due to a roll of label in the equipment under severe strain and the materials of labels having certain rigidity, when release liner attached to a stripping board runs, the forepart of the labels is forced to separate from the stripping board, so as to prepare for labeling. In the meantime, the required object is delivered under the label, thereby fulfilling synchronously labeling through labeling wheels. A sensor positioned under the roll of label transmits a signal of stop after labeling, and then the driving wheels are stopped to achieve a cycle of labeling. A Chinese utility model patent CN206107755U, entitled "LABELLER FOR PLASTIC LID", disclosed a labeller, including a base, a conveying mechanism, a workstation and a feeding device. The base is assembled on the ground and a supporting plate of the conveying mechanism is fixed on the base. An output wheel and a recovery wheel are configured on the one side of the supporting plate, wherein a labeling strip is assembled on the output wheel and is delivered to the output station through guide wheels and a plurality of transmission wheels. A labeling sensor is equipped between the transmission wheels. A label absorbing device is assembled on the other side of the supporting plate, wherein a pipette is assembled under the label absorbing device.
Friction rollers are also assembled under the supporting plate. A Chinese utility model patent CN203199297U, entitled "NOVEL LABEL MECHINE", disclosed a labeller, including a labeling machine body. The labeling machine body is provided with an ejecting-object device and a rotating servomotor. An ejecting-object mechanism is assembled at the front end of the ejecting-object device and a manipulator object gripping device is configured at the other side of the ejecting-object device. A labeling mechanism, a pressing label device and a lift adjustable mechanism, as well as a vertical adjustable mechanism and a horizontal adjustable mechanism, are assembled in the labeling machine body. The present labeller can complete a cycle of labeling for specific objects such as ellipse-shaped objects and round waist-shaped objects, with the high accuracy of labeling.
Although the above patents can achieve labeling, there is no adjustable device designed for objects of various sizes. Generally, the above equipment is for one size object only such that the utilization rate of equipment is low. In addition, after labeling, as some conveyor belts are arranged obliquely, this leads to collisions between each product in conveying process, thereby impacting the quality of products and the productivity.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
Therefore, in order to alleviate the above defects that there is no adjustable conveying pathway arranged on the labeller and the utilization rate of the equipment is low, it would be desirable to provide a multiple functional labeller to make the conveying pathway perfectly corresponding to different-size objects by assembling a width adjustable device. Thus, the objects fail to be oblique in the conveying process and the appearance quality of the objects can be guaranteed after labeling process. In addition, a multiple-size packaging can be performed by only this equipment, with the advantages of high utilization rate and space saving. Furthermore, after labeling, through arranging a damping device on the labeller, it is possible to prevent the objects in the conveying process from being collided, rather than influencing the appearance quality and even leading to damages.
In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solution: A multiple-functional labeller comprises a labeling strip conveying mechanism, a labeling mechanism, conveyor belts and a digital controller. A fender is arranged on both sides of the conveyor belts in order to prevent the objects from falling down on the ground. The conveyor belts comprise a first conveyor belt which is arranged horizontally and a second conveyor belt which is arranged obliquely, wherein the first conveyor belt is equipped with a width adjustable device and the second conveyor belt is equipped with a damping device for conveying resistance.
Further, the width adjustable device comprises a location limiting plate, a control screw rod and a control knob. The one end of the control screw rod is connected to the location limiting plate, while the other end of the control screw rod passes through the fender and is connected to the control knob. A screw thread is designed on the outer of the control screw rod, and a corresponding screw thread is designed on a hole of the fender where the control screw rod passes through.
When it is necessary to label lager objects, swinging the control knob leads to the relative rotary movement between the control screw rod and the fenders, and then the control screw rod moves towards both sides of the conveyor belts, driving the location limiting plate moving towards the both sides of the conveyor belts as well, so as to widen a conveying pathway. However, when it is necessary to label smaller objects, doing the similar operation, aversely swinging the control knob can result in reducing the intervals among the location limiting plate, so as to narrow down the conveying pathway.
Further, in the present invention, a damping device comprises a supporting post and a plurality of damper bars configured at the top of the supporting post. The damper bars are symmetrically configured on both sides of the second conveyor belt, wherein the damper bars are made of rubber.
In the present invention, the fender is a group of fender separately positioned on the both sides of the conveyor belts, and accordingly the width adjustable device is a group of width adjustable devices. The control screw rob is two groups of the control screw robs separately positioned on the both ends of the conveyor belts.
In the present invention, a labeling strip conveying mechanism comprises an output wheel, a first guide wheel, a second guide wheel and a tension wheel.
The present invention has the following advantages: (1) The present invention, through arranging the width adjustable device to adjust the width of the conveying pathway, makes the conveying pathway perfectly corresponding to different size objects, so the objects are impossible to be oblique in the conveying process and the appearance quality of the objects can be guaranteed after labeling process. In addition, labeling multiple-size objects can be performed by this equipment only, with the advantages of high utilization rate and space saving. Thus, the present invention has the benefits of simple structure and convenient adjustment. Moreover, after labeling process, collisions between objects can be avoided in conveying process, so as to further guarantee the high quality of products and productivity. (2) In the present invention, the fender can be a group of fenders separately positioned on the both sides of conveyor belts, and accordingly the width adjustable device is also a group of width adjustable devices. The control screw rob is two groups of the control screw robs separately positioned on the both ends of conveyor belts. The fender and the location limiting plate, which each is symmetrically arranged respectively, can guarantee the objects to be located in the middle of the conveying pathway and maintain appearance quality of the object after labeling process. The group setting of the control screw robs can guarantee the balance of the location limiting plate and also prevents the location limiting plate from being oblique and impacting the conveying process.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The present invention will be described hereinafter with reference to the following embodiments and figures, but the embodiments of the present invention are not confined to those.
Embodiment 1 A multiple functional labeller, as shown in the Fig. 1, comprises a labeling strip conveying mechanism 1, a labeling mechanism 2, conveyor belts 3 and a digital controller 4. A fender 5 is arranged on both sides of the conveyor belts 3, in order to prevent the objects from falling down on the ground. The conveyor belts 3 comprise a first conveyor belt 301 which is arranged horizontally and a second conveyor belt 302 which is arranged obliquely. The first conveyor belt 301 is equipped with a width adjustable device 6 and the second conveyor belt 302 is equipped with a damping device 7 for conveying resistance.
In this embodiment, the width adjustable device 6 comprises a location limiting plate 601, a control screw rod 602 and a control knob 603. The one end of the control screw rod 602 is connected to the location limiting plate 601, while the other end of the control screw rod 602 passes through the fender 5 and is connected to the control knob 603. A screw thread is designed on the outer of the control screw rod 602, and a corresponding screw thread is designed on a hole of the fender 5 where the control screw rod 602 passes through.
The damping device 7 comprises a supporting post 701 and a plurality of damper bars 702 configured at the top of the supporting post. The damper bars 702 are symmetrically configured on both sides of the second conveyor belt 302, wherein the damper bars 702 are made of rubber. As the rubber material is tender, it can add certain resistance but without any influences on the normal conveying.
Embodiment 2
Herein the embodiment 2 is built up based on the embodiment 1, the fender 5 is a group of fenders 5 separately positioned on the both sides of the conveyor belts 3, and accordingly the width adjustable device 6 is a group of width adjustable devices 6. The control screw rod 602 is two groups of control screw robs 602 separately positioned on the both ends of the conveyor belts 3.
In this embodiment, a labeling strip conveying mechanism 1 comprises an output wheel 101, a first guide wheel 102, a second guide wheel 103 and a tension wheel 104.
Embodiment 3 A multiple functional labeller comprises a labeling strip conveying mechanism 1, a labeling mechanism 2, conveyor belts 3 and a digital controller 4. A fender 5 is arranged on both sides of the conveyor belts 3, in order to prevent the objects from falling down on the ground. The conveyor belts 3 comprise a first conveyor belt 301 which is arranged horizontally and a second conveyor belt 302 which is arranged obliquely. The first conveyor belt 301 is equipped with a width adjustable device 6 and the second conveyor belt 302 is equipped with a damping device 7 for conveying resistance.
In this embodiment, the width adjustable device 6 comprises a location limiting plate 601, a control screw rod 602 and a control knob 603. The one end of the control screw rod 602 is connected to the location limiting plate 601, while the other end of the control screw rod 602 passes through the fender 5 and is connected to the control knob 603. A screw thread is designed on the outer of the control screw rod 602, and a corresponding screw thread is designed on a hole of the fender 5 where the control screw rod 602 passes through.
The damping device 7 comprises a supporting post 701 and a plurality of damper bars 702 configured at the top of the supporting post. The damper bars 702 are symmetrically configured on both sides of the second conveyor belt 302, wherein the damper bars 702 are made of rubber. As the rubber material is tender, it can add certain resistance but without any influences on the normal conveying.
The fender 5 is a group of fenders 5 separately positioned on the both sides of the conveyor belts 3, and accordingly the width adjustable device 6 is a group of width adjustable devices 6. The control screw rod 602 is two groups of control screw robs 602 separately positioned on the both ends of the conveyor belts 3.
In this embodiment, the labeling strip conveying mechanism 1 comprises an output wheel 101, a first guide wheel 102, a second guide wheel 103 and a tension wheel 104.
The labeling mechanism 2 comprises a labeling roller 201 and a guide roller 202.
The embodiment described hereinbefore is merely preferred embodiment of the present invention and not for purposes of any restrictions or limitations on the invention. It will be apparent that any non-substantive, obvious alterations or improvement by the technician of this technical field according to the present invention may be incorporated into ambit of claims of the present invention.
