System comprising a vehicle, at least one sensor device in said vehicle and at least one hand held communication device, wherein the at least one sensor device comprises at least one wireless communication device for wireless communication with the hand held communication device, wherein the hand held device and/or the sensor device is provided with circuitry and/or software for issuing an alert signal based on a signal received from the sensor device and/or upon bringing the hand held device at a predetermined range from the sensor device, especially at a position outside the communication range of said wireless communication device and/or upon bringing the hand held device at a predetermined distance from said sensor device, especially inside the communication range of said wireless communication device
