Description
Collapsible display rack
Technical field
The present utility model relates to a display rack, in particular to a collapsible display rack for setting out parasols.
Background art
As a common outdoor accessory, parasols are widely used in places of leisure such as squares, beaches, parks and courtyards, providing people with a comfortable space of use. In the process of selling parasols, they must be set out and displayed in a closed state in a neat, aesthetically pleasing manner, in a limited space. Conventional display racks all have structures in which sleeves are welded to a support; not only are they not aesthetically pleasing, but the packaging volume is large, and transportation is not convenient.
For example, Chinese patent no. CN201520025812.1 discloses an umbrella advertisement display rack, comprising a main rack; an information dissemination structure is provided at an upper part of the main rack, an umbrella storage box is provided at a lower part of the main rack, an opening end is provided on the umbrella storage box, and an umbrella fixing structure and a rainwater collection drawer are disposed inside the umbrella storage box and at the bottom of the umbrella storage box respectively. The shortcomings thereof are that it cannot be folded up, the volume is relatively large, and the weight is also relatively heavy, making transportation inconvenient.
Although there are many reports in Chinese patent literature relating to foldable display racks, such as patent nos. CN201120271521.2 and CN201420191491.8, etc., the majority are limited to advertisement display racks, newspaper display racks and flower display racks which are numerous, and are not suitable for use with parasols.
Content of the invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present utility model is to provide, in response to the current state of the art described above, a collapsible display rack which has a simple structure, is suitable for use with parasols, and can be conveniently transported.
The present utility model employs the following technical solution to solve the abovementioned technical problem: a collapsible display rack, comprising a foldable rack body, characterized in that the rack body comprises sleeves for inserting parasols, and connecting rods for connecting the sleeves; the sleeves are a plurality arranged in two rows, front and back; corresponding upper and lower connecting rods form one set, and are rotatably connected to top and bottom ends of the sleeves respectively; two sets of connecting rods intersect in an X-shape, and connect the front and back rows of sleeves together so as to allow opening or closure; a central shaft is provided at a middle part of the connecting rod, and two intersecting connecting rods arranged above and below in a corresponding manner are rotatably supported together by means of the central shaft.
As an improvement, the sleeve is a hollow straight tube; a round step is formed at the top and bottom ends of the sleeve, an annular engagement groove for installing the connecting rod is formed on the step, and a matching round hole is formed at two ends of the connecting rod; the two ends of the connecting rod are each rotatably fitted in the annular engagement grooves of the sleeves by means of the round holes.
As an improvement, an annular retaining ring and a foot are fitted at openings at the top and bottom ends of the sleeve respectively.
As a further improvement, a centre hole for the central shaft to pass through is provided in a middle part of the connecting rod; top and bottom ends of the central shaft pass through the centre holes of two intersecting connecting rods above and of two intersecting connecting rods at the bottom, and are connected at end parts by connection shaft sleeves.
As a further improvement, the display rack further comprises a weight for locking the connecting rods; a mounting hole for fixing the weight is provided on the connecting rod, a fitting hole is provided on the weight, the weight is placed on two connecting rods at the bottom, and fixed by screwing a locking screw into the fitting hole and the mounting hole.
Finally, the weight is rectangular, the size of the weight matches an area enclosed by two parallel connecting rods and two other parallel connecting rods at the bottom in an open state, and when the rack body is open, the weight is placed on two parallel connecting rods at the bottom.
Compared with the prior art, the present utility model has the following advantages: The sleeves are collapsibly connected by means of the connecting rods; since the rack body is collapsible, during transportation it occupies only a very small space compared with a display rack with the same number of display positions, thereby greatly reducing packaging and transportation costs, and facilitating transportation. The provision of the central shaft and the weight makes the structure of the display rack stable and unlikely to deform. The present utility model has a simple structure, is convenient to use and has a low cost, can be used to set out parasols for sale, and can also be conveniently packaged, transported, and stored in a warehouse, so is worthy of promotion.

Particular embodiments
The present utility model is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments in the accompanying drawings.
As shown in figs. 1 - 5, a collapsible display rack comprises a foldable rack body and weights 3. The rack body comprises sleeves 1 for inserting parasols 8, connecting rods 2 for connecting the sleeves 1, and central shafts 5. The sleeves 1 are a plurality arranged in two rows, front and back; corresponding upper and lower connecting rods 2 form one set, and are rotatably connected to top and bottom ends of the sleeves 1 respectively. Two sets of connecting rods 2 intersect in an X-shape, and connect the front and back rows of sleeves 1 together so as to allow opening or closure. The sleeve 1 is a hollow straight tube; a round step 11 is formed at the top and bottom ends of the sleeve 1, an annular engagement groove for installing the connecting rod 2 is formed on the step 11, and a matching round hole is formed at two ends of the connecting rod 2. The two ends of the connecting rod 2 are each rotatably fitted in the annular engagement grooves of the sleeves 1 by means of the round holes. An annular plastic retaining ring 6 and a plastic foot 7 are fitted at openings at the top and bottom ends of the sleeve 1 respectively, and serve the function of fully protecting the parasol. A centre hole for the central shaft 5 to pass through is provided in a middle part of the connecting rod 2. Top and bottom ends of the central shaft 5 pass through the centre holes of two intersecting connecting rods 2 above and of two intersecting connecting rods 2 at the bottom, and are connected at end parts by connection shaft sleeves 51. Thus, two intersecting connecting rods 2 arranged above and below in a corresponding manner are rotatably supported together by means of the central shaft 5; this not only serves the function of increasing the stability of the rack body, but also maintains connection between pairs of connecting rods 2 and coaxial rotation thereof. The weight 3 is a rectangular block; the weight 3 is placed on two connecting rods 2 at the bottom; the size of the weight 3 matches an area enclosed by two parallel connecting rods 2 at the bottom and two other parallel connecting rods 2 in an open state. A number of mounting holes 21 for fixing the weights 3 are provided on the connecting rods 2, and fitting holes 31 are provided on the weights 3. When the rack body is open, the weights 3 are stacked on two parallel connecting rods 2 at the bottom, and are fixed by screwing locking screws 4 into the fitting holes 31 and the mounting holes 21. The weights 3 serve to guarantee the weight of the product. By fitting the weights 3 in position, the connecting rods 2 are fixed, and will no longer rotate. This serves the function of maintaining structural stability of the product without deformation. There may be multiple weights 3, which may be used one on top of another according to weight requirements.
During assembly, first of all the sleeves 1 are connected by means of the connecting rods 2, then the central shafts 5 are installed. Finally, sleeves 1 at two sides of the rack body are grasped and pulled apart; the rack body is opened and fixed in position; the weights 3 are fitted onto the connecting rods 2 at the bottom, and locked using locking screws 4, and the display rack can then be used. During use, the parasols 8 are inserted in internal holes of the sleeves 1, and can then be set out for sale. Since the rack body is collapsible, during transportation it occupies only a very small space compared with a display rack with the same number of display positions, thereby greatly reducing packaging and transportation costs.
The embodiments above are merely preferred embodiments of the present utility model. It should be pointed out that a number of improvements and embellishments could still be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical principles of the present utility model, and such improvements and embellishments should also be regarded as being within the scope of protection of the present utility model.
