Particular embodiments
The present utility model is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments in the accompanying drawings.
As shown in figs. 1 - 8, an umbrella plate fixing structure comprises a parasol central rod 1, a lower rosette cover 2, a manual push handle 3, a retaining ring 5, a push-button 4, a fastening hoop 7 and a spring 8. The retaining ring 5 is fixed round an upper part of the central rod 1 by means of two opening-type oblate-headed blind rivets 9. The retaining ring 5 is located above the lower rosette cover 2. The manual push handle 3 is slideably provided round the central rod 1 and located below the lower rosette cover 2. The lower rosette cover 2 is provided round the central rod 1 and connected to an upper end of the manual push handle 3. Four sets of connecting seats 23, connected to ribs 6, are provided in a projecting manner in an annular direction on an outer side of the lower rosette cover 2. The connecting seat 23 is U-shaped, and connecting pin holes are provided on two sides of the connecting seat 23. One end of the rib 6 is inserted in a U-shaped slot of the connecting seat 23, and rotatably connected and fixed to the connecting seat 23 by means of a connecting pin. The manual push handle 3 is a cylindrical sleeve structure, an upper part thereof being an expanded-diameter part. The bottom of the lower rosette cover 2 is provided with a locating hole 22, an upper end face of the manual push handle 3 is provided with a corresponding locating pin 33, and the lower rosette cover 2 is located at the upper end of the manual push handle 3 through the mating of the locating hole 22 with the locating pin 33. Four penetrating connecting counterbores 21 are provided on an inner side of the connecting seats 23 on the lower rosette cover 2, corresponding screw holes 34 are provided on the manual push handle 3, and the lower rosette cover 2 is connected and fixed to the manual push handle 3 by means of screws 10. The upper end of the manual push handle 3 is provided with a sunken cavity 31. The fastening hoop 7 is provided round the central rod 1, and disposed in the sunken cavity 31 so as to be moveable to the left and right. A gap, in which the retaining ring 5 can be inserted, is provided between the lower rosette cover 2 and the central rod 1, and between the fastening hoop 7 and the central rod 1. An installation port 32 for installing the push-button 4 is provided in a side part of the sunken cavity 31. An inner end of the push-button 4 is provided with a boss 41; a side part of the fastening hoop 7 is provided with a corresponding sunken hole 71; an engagement site 42 is provided in an annular direction on the boss 41; a corresponding engagement groove 711 is provided in the sunken hole 71. The push-button 4 is disposed in the installation port 32 of the manual push handle 3, and is engaged with and fixed to a side part of the fastening hoop 7 through the mating of the boss 41 with the sunken hole 71. One end of the spring 8 is inserted in the recess 72 on the outer side of the fastening hoop 7, the other end being inserted in the slot on the inner wall of the sunken cavity 31 and thereby located. In this way the spring 8 is supported between the fastening hoop 7 and the wall surface of the sunken cavity 31 of the manual push handle 3, such that the fastening hoop 7 has the tendency to always abut the central rod 1 or retaining ring 5 and thereby be located. A lower end of the retaining ring 5 has a conical shape facilitating insertion; a reduced-diameter locating step 51 is provided in an annular direction on an upper part of the retaining ring 5. A protrusion 73, which abuts and is locked with the locating step 51 of the retaining ring 5, is provided at an upper end of the fastening hoop 7, on a side corresponding to the spring 8. Thus, when the lower rosette cover 2 is not fixed in place, as shown in fig. 7, the fastening hoop 7 is fixed in close contact with the central rod under the action of the spring 8; when the pushbutton 4 is pushed down, the fastening hoop 7 separates from the central rod 1 against the action force of the spring 8; the manual push handle 3 is pushed upwards, such that the retaining ring 5 descends into the fastening hoop 7; the push-button 4 is released, and the fastening hoop 7 is locked with the retaining ring 5 under the action of the spring 8, such that the lower rosette cover 2 is fixed in place; as shown in fig. 6, to facilitate a manual gripping operation, an outer sleeve 30 with raised points is also provided round the outside of a lower part of the manual push handle 2.
The specific assembly steps are as follows: 1. Two opening-type oblate-headed blind rivets 9 are used to fix the retaining ring 5 to an upper part of the central rod. 2. The fastening hoop 7 is put into the sunken cavity 31 of the manual push handle 3; one end of the spring 8 is pressed into the slot of the sunken cavity 31 of the manual push handle 3, and the other end is inserted in the recess 72 on the outer side of the fastening hoop 7; the push-button 4 is inserted through the installation port 31 of the manual push handle 3, and engaged with the sunken hole of the fastening hoop 7 and thereby located. 3. The locating hole 22 of the lower rosette cover 2 is positioned in alignment with the locating pin 33 at the upper end of the manual push handle 3, and the lower rosette cover 2 is fixed to the upper end of the manual push handle 3 using screws. 4. The push-button 4 is pushed down, and the assembled lower rosette cover 2 and manual push handle 3 are slipped onto a lower end of the central rod 1, and slid upwards to a set position; the push-button 4 is released. 5. The connecting seat 23 of the lower rosette cover 2 is connected to one end of the rib 6.
During use, the lower rosette cover 2 can be slid up and down, driving the umbrella to open and close, by merely pushing down the push-button 4 and pushing the manual push handle 3. The lower rosette cover 2 is fixed in place through the mating of the fastening hoop 7 with the retaining ring 5. When the umbrella is to be closed, separation of the fastening hoop 7 from the retaining ring 5 can be achieved by merely pushing down the push-button 4, so use is very convenient.
