Description
Multifunctional umbrella lamp clamping mechanism Technical field
The present invention relates to a multifunctional umbrella lamp clamping mechanism. Background art A sun umbrella is a device that is commonly used at leisure venues to provide protection from sun and rain. The addition of a lamp to the umbrella makes outdoor activity spaces more pleasant for people, as well as making the umbrella more convenient to use. For example, Chinese patent no. 03210295.X has disclosed a multifunctional illuminating lamp, a lamp base thereof consisting of two lamp bases A and B forming a split structure which are joined by a moveable connection. A recess is correspondingly provided in an appropriate position on a mating face of each of the two lamp bases, the two recesses merging to form a through-hole which can be fitted round a rod-like article. Furthermore, the lamp base is also provided with a locking means capable of locking the lamp base onto the rod-like article and serving a regulating and fastening function, and a solar power supply system capable of charging a power source. The multifunctional illuminating lamp can be fixed to rod-like articles of different sizes, is convenient to fit and remove, and needs no external power source, as it can be charged directly by solar power. However, such a lamp is structurally complex, with many components; mounting is tedious and complicated, and removal is not easy.
The Chinese utility model patent “Fast clamping mechanism”, with grant announcement no. CN 201480230 U (application no.: 200920193108.1), has disclosed a structurally simple clamping mechanism capable of mounting an umbrella lamp quickly on an umbrella rod, comprising a left lamp body and a right lamp body which are symmetric with respect to each other, wherein one side part of the left lamp body and one side part of the right lamp body are rotatably connected together, whereas another side part of the left lamp body and another side part of the right lamp body which face each other are openably connected together, such that a through-hole fitting an umbrella rod is formed in a middle position of mating faces of the left and right lamp bodies, and a fastening mechanism capable of clamping towards the inside of the through-hole is disposed on the left and right lamp bodies. The clamping mechanism with the structure described above is relatively convenient to use, but the angle at which the left and right lamp bodies are opened relative to each other can be slid to 180° at will; it cannot be limited within a smaller range, and this makes fitting somewhat inconvenient. Moreover, the clamping mechanism with the structure described above has just one function, and has room for further improvement.
Content of the invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide, in response to the current state of the prior art, a multifunctional umbrella lamp clamping mechanism with a rational structure, which has illumination and bluetooth audio functions, and makes clamping convenient.

As a further improvement of the present invention, an outwardly extending limiting part is provided on an end face of the left lamp body, an engaging hole in which the limiting part is inserted is correspondingly provided in an end face of the right lamp body, and an end portion of the limiting part has a limiting edge which prevents disengagement of the limiting part from the engaging hole.
Preferably, a first fastener is disposed in an outward direction on another end face of the right lamp body, and correspondingly, a second fastener matching the first fastener is provided on another end face of the left lamp body.
Preferably, a lamp body and bluetooth audio are installed in the inner cavity formed by the upper fixing plate and lower fixing plate, the protective shell opposite the lamp body is a transparent shell, and a number of sound transmission holes are arranged at intervals in the protective shell opposite the bluetooth audio.
Preferably, two said clamping pieces are employed, disposed symmetrically on through-hole side parts of the left lamp body and right lamp body respectively.
In each of the above solutions, two shaft pins are formed at upper and lower ends respectively of one side of the clamping piece, and shaft holes which rotatably fit the shaft pins are provided in the upper fixing plate and lower fixing plate respectively; a guide pin is formed on a bottom side face of the clamping piece, and correspondingly, a guide groove which fits the guide pin in a guiding manner is provided on the lower fixing plate.
In each of the above preferred solutions, the elastic element is a torsion spring fitted round a shaft pin at a lower end of the clamping piece, and a limiting boss is formed on the clamping piece close to the shaft pin, one end of the torsion spring engaging with the limiting boss, while another end of the torsion spring bears against an inside face of the lower fixing plate.
Preferably, an external surface of the clamping piece is designed to be a circular-arc surface fitting the umbrella rod.
Compared with the prior art, the left lamp body and right lamp body in the present invention are each formed by fitting together a protective shell, an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate; after being brought together, the upper fixing plate and lower fixing plate form an inner cavity for installing a lamp body and/or bluetooth audio. Manufacturers can opt to install lamp bodies and/or bluetooth audio as required, to make the structure of the present invention more rational, and provide greater convenience for a user. Moreover, the provision of a limiting part and an engaging hole on the left lamp body and right lamp body limits the angle of rotation of the left lamp body relative to the right lamp body, so that during clamping, it is easier to position the clamping mechanism, and mounting is more convenient.

Particular embodiments
The present invention is described in further detail below in conjunction with embodiments in the accompanying drawings.
As Figs. 1-5 show, the multifunctional umbrella lamp clamping mechanism in this embodiment comprises a left lamp body 1, a right lamp body 2, clamping pieces 3 and elastic elements 4. One side part of the left lamp body 1 and one side part of the right lamp body 2 are rotatably connected together. Such a rotatable connection may be a shaft pin connection or a hinge connection; in this embodiment the connection is achieved by a shaft pin. Specifically, a positioning hole 11 is provided on the left lamp body 1, while an outwardly extending connection part 21 is provided on a side wall of the right lamp body 2. A shaft hole 211 corresponding to the positioning hole 11 is provided in the connection part 21, with a first shaft pin 5 passing through the positioning hole 11 and shaft hole 211 to connect the left lamp body 1 to the right lamp body 2 rotatably. Another side part of the left lamp body 1 and another side part of the right lamp body 2 which face each other are openably connected together. Specifically, a first fastener 22 is disposed in an outward direction on an end face of the right lamp body 2, and correspondingly, a second fastener 12 matching the first fastener 22 is provided on an end face of the left lamp body 1. A through-hole 200 fitting an umbrella rod 100 is formed in a middle position of mating faces of the left lamp body 1 and right lamp body 2 after the mating faces are brought together.
In this embodiment, the left lamp body 1 and right lamp body 2 each comprise a protective shell 13, an upper fixing plate 14 and a lower fixing plate 15. After being brought together, the upper fixing plate 14 and lower fixing plate 15 form an inner cavity for installing a lamp body 6 and bluetooth audio; it is also possible, as required, for only lamp bodies 6 to be installed, as shown in Fig. 7, or for only bluetooth audio to be installed, as shown in Fig. 6. An opening 141, through which the lamp body 6 and/or bluetooth audio is/are exposed, is provided in the upper fixing plate 14; the protective shell 13 covers the upper fixing plate 14 in which the lamp body 6 and/or bluetooth audio is/are exposed, the protective shell 13 opposite the lamp body 6 being a transparent shell, and a number of sound transmission holes 131 being arranged at intervals in the protective shell 13 opposite the bluetooth audio.
Two clamping pieces 3 are employed in this embodiment, disposed symmetrically on side parts of the through-hole 200 of the left lamp body 1 and right lamp body 2 respectively. One end of each clamping piece 3 and a side wall of the through-hole 200 are connected together rotatably, and the elastic element 4 is correspondingly disposed on the clamping piece 3, such that the clamping piece 3 maintains a tendency to fasten onto the umbrella rod 100. Specifically, two shaft pins 31 are formed at upper and lower ends respectively of one side of the clamping piece 3, shaft holes 130 which rotatably fit the shaft pins 31 are provided in the upper fixing plate 14 and lower fixing plate 15 respectively, a guide pin 32 is formed on a bottom side face of the clamping piece 3, and correspondingly, a guide groove 151 which fits the guide pin 32 in a guiding manner is provided on the lower fixing plate 15, to enable rotation of the clamping piece 3.
As Figs. 1, 2 and 3 show, the elastic element 4 in this embodiment is a torsion spring fitted round the shaft pin 31 at the lower end of the clamping piece 3. A limiting boss 33 is formed on the clamping piece close to the lower-end shaft pin 31, one end of the torsion spring has an engaging head 41 which engages with the limiting boss 33, while another end 42 of the torsion spring bears against an inside face of the lower fixing plate 15, such that the clamping piece 3 maintains a tendency to fasten onto the umbrella rod 100. Both clamping pieces 3 have an inward clamping force and so can clamp the umbrella rod 100 very well. Moreover, the spring’s elasticity allows the clamping mechanism of this embodiment to be clamped on umbrella rods 100 of umbrellas of different diameters, as shown in Fig. 8. An external surface of the clamping piece 3 is designed to be a circular-arc surface fitting the umbrella rod 100, to facilitate mounting.
In this embodiment, as Fig. 1 shows, an outwardly extending limiting part 16 is provided on an end face of the left lamp body 1, an engaging hole 23 in which the limiting part 16 is inserted is correspondingly provided in an end face of the right lamp body 2, and an end portion of the limiting part 16 has a limiting edge 161 which prevents disengagement of the limiting part 16 from the engaging hole 23. Such a structure limits the angle of rotation of the left lamp body 1 relative to the right lamp body 2, so that during clamping, it is easier to position the clamping mechanism, and mounting is more convenient.
