Abstract

Description

OZONE STERILIZERS FOR CHOPPING BOARDS TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the technical field of sterilization equipment for chopping boards, in particular to an ozone sterilizer for a chopping board.
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
At present, a commercially available chopping board rack is mostly a common rack body having only one function for receiving a chopping board, and such a chopping board rack thus has a single function. A chopping board is usually cleaned with water after used, and in this way, can not be free of bacteria. There is much water on the surface of the chopping board after cleaning, which encourages the growth of bacteria and is thus very unsanitary and unsafe.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
In order to solve the technical problem in the prior art, the present invention provides an ozone sterilizer for a chopping board, which can sterilize a chopping board automatically while playing a role of receiving the chopping board. This ozone sterilizer is sanitary, safe and convenient to use. Furthermore, the sterilization is without any dead comer, and is more comprehensive, more thorough and safer; and due to simple in structure, easy in production and low in cost, the sterilizer is beneficial for promotion and widespread application, with great commercial prospect.
The present invention employs the following technical solution to solve the technical problem.
An ozone sterilizer for a chopping board is provided, including a chopping board rack and an ozone generation base; the ozone generation base includes a shell and an ozone generation device, the ozone generation device being arranged in the shell, and ozone outlets are provided at an upper end of the shell; and the chopping board rack is arranged on the ozone generation base, and the ozone outlets are communicated to the interior of the chopping board rack.
Further, an ozone storage chamber is provided at an upper end of the interior of the shell, and the ozone outlets are communicated to the ozone storage chamber; and the ozone generation device is positioned below the ozone storage chamber, and an ozone outlet end of the ozone generation device is connected to the ozone storage chamber through a gas pipe.
Further, the ozone generation device includes an ozone generator, a gas pump and an ozone generator high-voltage drive circuit, the ozone generator and the gas pump being both communicated to the ozone generator high-voltage drive circuit, an outlet end of the gas pump being connected to an inlet end of the ozone generator through the gas pipe, and the ozone outlet end of the ozone generator being connected to the ozone storage chamber through the gas pipe.
Further, the ozone outlets are a number of outlets provided uniformly at intervals and integrated with the shell.
Further, the chopping board rack is a rack body having sealed sides and an open lower end and having a sterilization chamber for receiving a chopping board provided in the interior thereof, and the chopping board rack is detachably mounted on the ozone generation base.
Further, a raised lock tongue is provided on the shell of the ozone generation base, a corresponding lock slot is provided at a lower end of the chopping board rack, and the raised lock tongue is clamped in the lock slot when the chopping board rack is mounted on the ozone generation base.
Further, the raised lock tongue is an annular raised lock tongue, and the lock slot is an annular lock slot formed by the gradual extension of a side edge of the lower end of the chopping board rack obliquely outward.
Further, the raised lock tongue is integrated with the shell, and the lock slot is integrated with the chopping board rack.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects.
With the technical solution of the present invention, the ozone sterilizer for a chopping board can sterilize a chopping board automatically while playing a role of receiving the chopping board. This ozone sterilizer is sanitary, safe and convenient to use. Furthermore, the use of ozone realizes sterilization without any dead comer, and the sterilization is more comprehensive, more thorough and safer; and due to simple in structure, easy in production and low in cost, the sterilizer is beneficial for promotion and widespread application, with great commercial prospect.
Additionally, the chopping board rack and the ozone generation base are detachable stmctures. When the chopping board rack or the ozone generation base are damaged, a user only needs to purchase a new chopping board rack or ozone generation base and replace the damaged one, without needing to purchase a new entire sterilizer. This significantly saves the expense, and avoids waste and pollution resulted from abandoning the entire sterilizer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
In order to make objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clear, the present invention will be further described as below in detail with reference to the accompany drawings by an embodiment. It should be understood that the specific embodiment to be described hereinafter is merely used for explaining the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Reference is now made to Fig. 1 to Fig. 2.
The embodiment of the present invention provides an ozone sterilizer for a chopping board, including a chopping board rack 1 and an ozone generation base 2; the ozone generation base 2 includes a shell 21 and an ozone generation device 22, the ozone generation device 22 being arranged in the shell 21, and ozone outlets 26 are provided at an upper end of the shell 21; and the chopping board rack 1 is arranged on the ozone generation base 2, and the ozone outlets 26 are communicated to the interior of the chopping board rack 1.
Specifically, the chopping board rack 1 is a rack body having sealed sides and an open lower end and having a sterilization chamber for receiving a chopping board 11 provided in the interior thereof. An ozone storage chamber 27 is provided at an upper end of the interior of the shell 21, the ozone outlets 26 are a number of outlets provided uniformly at intervals and are integrated with the shell 21, and the ozone outlets 26 are communicated to the ozone storage chamber 27; and the ozone generation device 22 is positioned below the ozone storage chamber 27, and an ozone outlet end of the ozone generation device 22 is connected to the ozone storage chamber 27 through a gas pipe. The ozone generation device 22 includes an ozone generator 23, a gas pump 24 and an ozone generator high-voltage drive circuit 25 (the ozone generator 23 may be a medical ozone generator; the ozone generator 23, the gas pump 24 and the ozone generator high-voltage drive circuit 25 all belong to the prior art, with the structures and working principles thereof being the same as those of an existing ozone generator, an existing ozone generator and an existing ozone generator, which will not be repeated in detail here), the ozone generator 23 and the gas pump 24 being both communicated to the ozone generator high-voltage drive circuit 25, the outlet end of the gas pump 24 being connected to the inlet end of the ozone generator 23, and the ozone outlet end of the ozone generator 23 being connected to the ozone storage chamber 27 through the gas pipe.
During the operation of the ozone sterilizer for a chopping board of the present invention, the ozone generation device 22 is started to generate ozone which is transferred into the chopping board rack 1 through the ozone outlets 26 to sterilize the chopping board placed in the chopping board rack 1. Specifically, the ozone generator 23 and the gas pump 24 are started first to generate ozone which is transferred through the gas pipe and collected into the ozone storage chamber 27, then ozone in the ozone storage chamber 27 is output from the ozone outputs 26 and comes into the sterilization chamber 11 for receiving a chopping board 11 from the opening at a lower end of the chopping board rack 1, to sterilize the chopping board placed in the sterilization chamber 11 for receiving a chopping board.
In this way, the ozone sterilizer for a chopping board according to the present invention may sterilize a chopping board automatically while playing a role of receiving the chopping board. This ozone sterilizer is sanitary, safe and very convenient to use. Furthermore, the use of ozone realizes sterilization without any dead comer, and the sterilization is more comprehensive, more thorough and safer; and due to simple in structure, easy in production and low in cost, the sterilizer is beneficial for promotion and widespread application, with great commercial prospect.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, the chopping board rack 1 is detachably mounted on the ozone generation base 2.Specifically, a raised lock tongue 211 is provided on the shell 21 of the ozone generation base 2, and the raised lock tongue 211 is an annular raised lock tongue and is integrated with the shell 21; a corresponding lock slot 12 is provided at a lower end of the chopping board rack 1, the lock slot 12 is an annular lock slot formed by the gradual extension of a side edge of the lower end of the chopping board rack 1 obliquely outward, and the lock slot 12 is integrated with the chopping board rack 1; and the raised lock tongue 211 is clamped in the lock slot 12 when the chopping board rack 1 is mounted on the ozone generation base 2. In this way, when the chopping board rack 1 or the ozone generation base 2 are damaged, a user only needs to purchase a new chopping board rack or ozone generation base and replace the damaged one, without needing to purchase a new entire sterilizer. This significantly saves the expense, and avoids waste and pollution resulted from abandoning the entire sterilizer.

An ozone sterilizer for a chopping board, comprising: a chopping board rack (1) and an ozone generation base (2); the ozone generation base (2) comprises a shell (21) and an ozone generation device (22), the ozone generation device (22) being arranged in the shell (21), and ozone outlets (26) are provided at an upper end of the shell (21); and the chopping board rack (1) is arranged on the ozone generation base (2), and the ozone outlets (26) are communicated to the interior of the chopping board rack (1).
One or more of the following additional preferred features can be part of preferred embodiments of the invention, alone or in any combination of features: an ozone storage chamber (27) is provided at an upper end of the interior of the shell (21), and the ozone outlets (26) are communicated to the ozone storage chamber (27); and the ozone generation device (22) is positioned below the ozone storage chamber (27), and an ozone outlet end of the ozone generation device (22) is connected to the ozone storage chamber (27) through a gas pipe; the ozone generation device (22) comprises an ozone generator (23), a gas pump (24) and an ozone generator high-voltage drive circuit (25), the ozone generator (23) and the gas pump (24) being both communicated to the ozone generator high-voltage drive circuit (25), and the ozone outlet end of the ozone generator (23) being connected to the ozone storage chamber (27) through the gas pipe; the ozone outlets (26) are a number of outlets provided uniformly at intervals, and are integrated with the shell (21); the chopping board rack (1) is a rack body having sealed sides and an open lower end and having a sterilization chamber for receiving a chopping board (11) provided in the interior thereof; and the chopping board rack (1) is detachably mounted on the ozone generation base (2); a raised lock tongue (211) is provided on the shell (21) of the ozone generation base (2), a corresponding lock slot (12) is provided at a lower end of the chopping board rack (1), and the raised lock tongue (211) is clamped in the lock slot (12) when the chopping board rack (1) is mounted on the ozone generation base (2) wherein preferably the raised lock tongue (211) is an annular raised lock tongue, and the lock slot (12) is an annular lock slot formed by the gradual extension of a side edge of the lower end of the chopping board rack (1) obliquely outward and/or the raised lock tongue (211) is integrated with the shell (21), and the lock slot (12) is integrated with the chopping board rack (1).
