Claims (5)
1. Optisch systeem voor het richten van laserbundels in een Öffner- geometrieverstrekker, omvattende een bundelombuigcomponent en navolgende componenten geplaatst op de gemeenschappelijke optische x-as: een verstrooiingsrooster (SD), een concave spiegel (L1) en een convexe spiegel (L2), met het kenmerk, dat het midden van de kromming van ten minste een van de spiegels (L1) of (L2) verschoven is ten opzichte van de gemeenschappelijke optische x-as van het systeem.
2. Systeem volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat het midden van de kromming van de convexe spiegel (L2) buiten de optische x-as is gelegen en dat het midden van de kromming van de concave spiegel (L1) op de optische x-as is gelegen.
3. Systeem volgens conclusie 1 of 2, met het kenmerk, dat de bundelombuigcomponent tenminste één vlakke spiegel (L3) of een dakkantprisma omvat.
4. Systeem volgens conclusie 1, 2 of 3, met het kenmerk, dat het systeem op een optische tafel is opgebouwd.
5. Systeem volgens conclusie 4, met het kenmerk, dat het midden van de kromming van de convexe spiegel (L2) verticaal naar beneden of verticaal naar boven ten opzichte van de optische x-as is gekanteld.
