10. Scissors as claimed in one or more of the claims 4-9, wherein the magazine and the pressing plate are coupled to the second scissors half and wherein the non-pressure plate is arranged on the first scissors half.

11. Scissors according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein a magazine of the staple assembly is accessible by folding over one of the handles of the scissors.
