Description
New and unigue powerwall and/or battery with watertanks, turbine and pump
There are currently severaltypes of products for the storage of electrical energy. Atthe momentthere are powenvallinstallations from various manufacturers. There is, among other things, a powerwallfromthe manufacturer Testla. This has an energy capacity of 13.5 KWh, a pawerof 7 KW peak powerand a continuous power of 5 KW, with a size of 115 centimeters x 75.3 centimeters x 14.7 centimeters. These powerwall installations from Tesla can be connected to each otherupto 10 pieces. There are currently severaltypes of batteries, including the lead-acid battery, lithium-ion battery or nickel-cadmium battery. There are currently batteries that run on hydrogen. And at the moment thers are hydroelectric power stations, where the water flows through a turbine to a lower part,
The disadvantages of these methods of energy storage are very diverse. The disadvantage of current powerwall installations is that they use scarce materials, such as lithium, cobalt and granite. These materials are extracted through miningand leave a lot of damage to the landscape.
The disadvantage of the batteries is that they are not as durable as they appear. If the batteries end up in a rubbish heap and are incinerated, many harmful substances such as lead and manganese are released. The materials used in batteries are also scarce. it also sometimes happensthata battery catches fire, The disadvantage of hydrogen batteries is that this productis still very expensive. Much research still needs tobe done to obtain a more efficient hydrogen battery. in addition, generating energy that is later stored in a hydrogen battery is certainly not always sustainable. And the disadvantage of a hydroelectric power station is that there must be some height difference between the higher waterand the lower water.
In the new situation, a powerwall and/or battery is provided with water tanks, turbine and pump. The battery is charged by pumping the waterfrom a lower tank to a higher tank. When electrical energy is required, the water flows from the highertank through a tube fitted with a turbine to a lower tank. This turbine then generates electrical energy. This powerwalland/or battery can be used in homes and buildings.
