Description

Automatische Zelfreinigende MelkfilterAutomatic self-cleaning milk filter

OmschrijvingDescription

The application concerns an automatic, self-cleaning milk filter which is used with automatic milking systems. The drawing shows the system in two states, namely during milking and during cleaning. The valves on this filter system are controlled by a separate control cabinet or are integrated in the control of the automatic milking system. The system has 4 valves, 2 of which are single-acting (butterfly) valves (numbers 5 and 6 in Figure 1) and 2 pieces of so-called 3-way valves (numbers 3 and 4 in Figure 1). During milking, the milk flows from a pipe section (number 1). in figure 1) through the stainless steel milk filter (number 9 in figure 1) and via the outgoing pipe section (number 2 in figure 1) the milk flows in the direction of a pre-cooler or milk (buffer) storage tank. To this end, the 3-way valve (number 3 in Figure 1) (normal) is opened in this situation, the 3-way valve (number 4 in Figure 1) (normal) is closed, the butterfly valve (number 5 in Figure 1) (normal). ) closed and the butterfly valve (number 6 in Figure 1) (normally) closed. Due to this situation, the lines located parallel to the milk filter 15 are completely closed off for the milk flow.

During the necessary main cleaning, the rinsing water flows via the pipe section (number 1 in Figure 2) to the bypass pipe located parallel to the filter (number 7 in Figure 2) and from there through the filter (number 9 in Figure 2). This is thus the opposite direction than the milk would. The flushing water flows from the filter via a bypass line (number 8 in Figure 2), which is also parallel to the filter 20, to the outgoing pipe part (number 2 in Figure 2) from where it flows further in the direction of a sewer drain via the possibly intermediate precooler or milk (buffer) storage tank. To this end, in this situation the 3-way valve (number 2 in Figure 2) is closed, the 3-way valve (number 4 in Figure 2) is opened, the butterfly valve (numbers 5 in Figure 2) is normally opened, a butterfly valve (number 6 is in Figure 2) opened.

Claims (1)

1037403The patent is being applied for the automatic cleaning of a stainless steel filter, due to the counterflow of rinsing water and hot cleaning water through the milk filter, this filter is thoroughly cleaned and it is achieved without intervention of manual work that the filter is ready for operation again. cleaning effect for at least 8 hours, during the milk (flow) process. Also, no replacement or renewal of consumption filters (so-called cotton wool) is required for this. 1037403
