Abstract

The wall has upstanding threaded rods attached to a foundation with distance specified as 50 cm, where length of upstanding threaded studs is specified as 142 cm. A pierced wooden beam is provided with through-holes that are slipped over the threaded rods, where length of the wooden beam is specified as 4.5 to 9.5 cm. An expanded polystyrene (EPS) is provided with multiple blocks with width specified as 30 cm wide and length specified as 125 cm high. A wall part is placed in the blocks. The threaded rods are attached to an anchor.

Vervolgens wordt een EPS 30 blok van 30 cm breed, 125 cm hoog en een variabele lengte genomen en wordt aan de onderzijde over de gehele lengte een uitsparing van 4,5 bij 9,5 cm gemaakt. Het blok wordt daarna over het draadeinde geplaatst zodanig dat de balk in de uitsparing past. Nu wordt aan de 15 bovenkant van het blok een sleuf van 2,25 bij 9,5 cm gemaakt waarin wederom een balk van 4,5 bij 9,5 cm geplaatst wordt waarbij de draadeinden door het hart van de balk steken. Over het draadeinde komt nu een ring met een lange (koppel)moer, welke aangedraaid wordt en zodoende het EPS blok spant. In de (koppel)moer wordt nu weer een draadeinde gedraaid van 158 cm lang. Vervolgens wordt weer een EPS blok 20 genomen met dezelfde sleuven als in het onderste blok en wordt met een sparing van 2,25 bij 9,5 cm naar beneden gericht over de draadeinden geplaatst waarna de eerste handelingen herhaald worden. Nu wordt de wand met een stuclaag van 7 mm ingesmeerd waarin een glasvezel wapeningsnet geplaatst wordt. Na droging wordt aan de binnen- en buitenzijde een tweede laag aangebracht welke desgewenst verfraaid kan 25 worden met steenstrips, spachtelputz, hout en dergelijke.An existing foundation is fixed with a spacing of up to 150 cm standing studs of 142 cm long.
