Claims

1. Pour closure for use on a package for liquids which has an opening on which a removable closure is provided, wherein the pour closure has a frame part that can be attached to the package and has a resealable lid hingedly connected to the frame part, the frame part is provided with an opening which, in the condition attached to the package, is opposite the closure, characterized in that the pouring closure comprises a lip connected to the closure in the attached condition, the lip and the closure being removable upon initial opening of the package.

Pourer closure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lip comprises a first part which, in the attached state, extends substantially parallel to the closure, wherein the lip comprises a second part forming an engaging part which is hingedly connected to the first part. 15

Pour closure as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the first part of the lip is provided in the opening in the frame part.

4. Pour closure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lip is connected to the frame part by means of a degradable connection.

5. Pour closure as claimed in claim 4, wherein the degradable connection comprises two breakable opposite connection points which are provided on either side of the first part of the lip between the lip and the frame part.

Pourer closure as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, wherein the pourer closure can be attached to the package with the aid of an adhesive connection which connects the frame part in the package and connects the first part of the lip with the closure.

Pour closure as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, wherein the engaging part on the side remote from the first part of the lip is provided with a first engaging member and the lid is provided with a second engaging member, the engaging members engaging each other in the closed condition of the gift closure.

Pouring closure according to at least claim 7, wherein the first engaging member is a slot and the second engaging member is a pin that extends toward the engaging member.

9. Pour closure as claimed in at least claim 8, wherein the pin is pivoted on an end remote from the lid.

10. Pour closure as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, wherein the engaging part of the lip has a relief structure on at least one main surface. 20

11. Pour closure as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, wherein the pour closure is manufactured by means of injection molding.

12. Pour closure as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, wherein the cover is connected to the frame part by means of a film hinge.
