Beschrijving:
Silicone probe 5 De probe (Fig. A) wordt opgebouwd uit een elektrisch isolerend lichaam van silicone materiaal (1) en twee of meer elektroden (2) van elektrisch geleidend silicone materiaal, verlijmd in daartoe geeigende kaviteiten (5) van het lichaam (1).
Een elektrode (2) wordt aangesloten via kabel (4) en kontakt (3) in een 10 kaviteit (3) in de elektrode (2). Kabel (4) wordt aangesloten op een elektrisch sensor- of aktuatorsysteem.

Claims (4)

1. Probe, opgebouwd uit een elektrisch isolerend lichaam van silicone materiaal (1) en twee of meer elektroden (2) van elektrisch geleidend silicone materiaal.
2. Probe volgens konklusie 1, daardoor gekenmerkt dat elektroden (2) worden ingelegd in en verlijmd met daartoe geeigende kaviteiten (5) van een lichaam (1).
3. Probe volgens konklusie 1, daardoor gekenmerkt dat elektroden (2) 10 worden aangesloten via kabel (4) en kontakt (5) op een sensor- of aktuatorsysteem.
4. Probe volgens konklusie 1, daardoor gekenmerkt dat de samenbouw der onderdelen hermetisch gesloten en flexibel is. 1021766
