Abstract

In dit geval kan de houder zijn uitgevoerd in de vorm van schaaltjes, borden, kommen e.d., welke gewoonlijk gebruikt worden voor het toedienen van voedsel aan baby's, zieken, ouderen e.d. Hierbij is in de bovenrand 20 van de schaal of kom een concave uitsparing aangebracht in de vorm van de convexe onderzijde van de lepel, waardoor men de etensresten, veelal papdruppels aan de onderzijde van de lepel, hopelijk aan de binnenzijde van genoemde kom volledig afstrijkt. Dit houdt in, dat de convexe onderzijde van de 25 gebruikte lepel perfect moet aansluiten op de concave afwerking van genoemde uitsparing, hetgeen meestal toch niet het geval is. Ook dient met de onderzijde van de lepel behoorlijk tegen de genoemde uitsparing aan te drukken. Om genoemde problemen of bezwaren op te heffen of gedeeltelijk op te 30 heffen heeft aanvrager de genoemde concave uitsparingsrand flexibel afgewerkt in de tweede conclusie.
