Description

Kunstnaqels met decoratieve folie
De uitvinding heeft betrekking op een combinatie van een bestaand produkt en een bestaande toepassing. Het bestaande 5 produkt is de cosmetische kunstnagel, welke door middel van spuitgiet-techniek wordt vervaardigd. Hierbij wordt met hoge druk een vloeibare kunststof in een matrijs gespoten. Deze matrijs wordt na stolling van de kunststof verwijderd, waarna er een kunststof voorwerp overblijft.
10 De bestaande toepassing is de techniek van in-moulding, waarbij een voorwerp of afbeelding in de matrijs wordt ingebracht waarna deze matrijs wordt volgespoten met vloeibare kunststof met als resultaat dat het betreffende voorwerp na stolling met de kunststof is samengesmolten.
15 De uitvinding betreft het tijdens het productieproces van de kunstnagel aanbrengen van een decoratieve folie in de matrijs.
Na het aanbrengen van de folie wordt de matrijs volgespoten met vloeibare kunststof.
Het eindprodukt is een cosmetische kunstnagel welke aan de 20 bovenzijde is voorzien van een goed hechtende, decoratieve folie. Deze folie kan uit een onuitputtelijk scala van dessins bestaan. De onderkant van de kunstnagel blijft doorzichtig, waardoor er een natuurlijk effect ontstaat.

Claims (2)

1. Het aanbrengen van een, uit een onuitputtelijk scala van dessins bestaande, decoratieve folie op de kunstnagel door 5 gebruik te maken van inmoulding decoration.
2. Met als kenmerk, een direct aan te brengen cosmetische kunstnagel voorzien van een goed hechtende decoratieve folie. 10 ----------------------- 15 20 25 30 35 1 014907
