Abstract
Description
DAKBEDEKKINGSMATERIAAL ALSMEDE DAK VAN EEN GEBOUWROOFING MATERIAL AND ROOF OF A BUILDING
De uicvinding heefc betrekking op dakbedekkingsmateriaal. The invention relates to roofing material.
Gebruikelijke dakbedekkingsmaterialen zijn bijvoorbeeld betonnen of keramische dakpannen, leien, of bitumineuze stroken.Common roofing materials are, for example, concrete or ceramic roof tiles, slates, or bituminous strips.
According to the invention, as set out in the appended claims, it is proposed to design the roofing material as an enameled metal substrate. This provides a striking new appearance for the roofing material. The roofing material can be of light weight, considerably lighter than a roof of conventional ceramic or concrete tiles. The supporting structure for the roofing material can be made correspondingly lighter, resulting in additional material savings. Due to the low weight, a favorable ergonomics for the personnel during handling of the material (eg disassembly / assembly) is guaranteed. While maintaining favorable ergonomic working conditions, the material can be made available in panels which are of significantly larger size compared to conventional ceramic and concrete roof tiles, favoring rapid disassembly / assembly. The coating of the substrate with enamel creates a particularly durable roof covering, which is low-maintenance and is not affected by sunlight, weather conditions or the environment. Particularly when a steel substrate is used, the roofing material according to the invention is particularly good for recycling. The material can also be mounted in panel form in such a way that the roof covering 25 can be dismantled and the material is reusable.
Hierbij toont:The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment, with reference to the annexed drawings. Hereby shows:

Fig. 7 is a detailed cross-sectional view of an alternative to building a roof near a facade according to FIG. 6, with roof covering panels according to the invention; and FIG. 8 is a detailed cross-sectional view of the construction of a roof near a gutter, with roof covering panels according to the invention.
Referring first to Fig. 1, it is shown how a roof covering 1 according to the invention is built up from a series of enamel panels 2. It is shown how four panels 2 have already been placed, and how a fifth panel 2 is added (see the arrow). These panels 2 usually have a rectangular format with a thickness of at most 10 mm. In order to cover a roof with these panels 2, a number of panels 2 usually have to be arranged next to and above each other, as is the case, for example, with the usual concrete or ceramic roof tiles. The size of a usual concrete or ceramic roof tile is approximately 30 x 30 cm. the panels 2 preferably have a considerably larger size of, for instance, 1 x 1 m. The size of the panels 2 is preferably chosen as large as possible, the maximum limits being mainly set by manageability. The panels are therefore preferably no larger than 2 x 2 m., In particular no larger than about 1.5 x 1.5 m. The panels 2 are a metal substrate, preferably steel, with a coating known per se enamel. The roof covering 1 is particularly suitable for sloping roofs.
1003850 - 3 -1003850 - 3 -
Referring now to Figures 1 and 2, it is shown that each panel 2 on both side edges 3, 4 is bent back on itself to form a flange 5 which maintains some distance from its panel 2. Furthermore, the side edge 3 is provided with a curvature 6 to bring the respective flange 5 above the main surface of the panel 2. Thus, the respective side edges 3, 4 of two adjacent panels 2 can be brought into engagement with each other. Preferably, one of the two side edges is provided with a resilient filling material 7 of, for example, rubber, as shown. That material 7 is arranged such that the flange 5 of the adjacent panel 2 engages thereon, as shown. The material 7 on the one hand provides protection against damage during assembly and use. On the other hand, this provides a liquid seal. At its top edge, the panel 2 is in each case provided with one or more holes 8, through which screws 9 protrude for attachment to the substrate (here a per se known lath 10). As can be seen more clearly from Fig. 8, the panel 2 is also provided at its top edge with a lip 11 for engaging behind the tile batten 10, as shown. In this way, a temporary attachment of the panel to the substrate is achieved during the mounting. Naturally, other solutions are also conceivable for reliably fixing a panel 2 to the substrate, other than with screws 8 and lips 11. For example, a click connection is conceivable, which at the same time permits a temporary and permanent fixing. It is preferable to opt for an easily detachable connection to the substrate.
Fig. 2 shows the detail where panels 2 connect side by side and one above the other. As a result, two panels 2 are shown on top of each other in fig. 2. It should be clear that at some distance from the connection between superimposed panels 2, a sectional view as in fig. 2 only the two lower panels 2 in fig. 2 displays. Furthermore, it should be understood that for the embodiment of Fig. 2, the edge 3 at the bottom edge of the panel 2 is curved in two directions in order to be able to engage the panel 2 below.
With the design of the edges 3 and 4 as shown, it is preferable to cover a roof with the panels 2 each in rows from the ridge to the gutter, starting on the left in the drawing of fig. 1. Through the edges 3 and 4 to be exchanged, mounting in rows 40 from the ridge to the gutter, starting on the right in the drawing of fig. 1 1003850-4, can be chosen.
Dit geldt ook voor de afdekplaat 13 voor de aansluiting met de gevel 12.Reference is now made to FIGS. 3-8, which show further details, which need no further explanation given the following reference list, except for the following: The sectional views 5 of FIG. 6 and 7 are taken at a location corresponding to that of Fig. 2, i.e. where two panels 2 located one above the other in the roof covering 1 connect to each other. Hence, in Figs. 6 and 7, two panels 2 are shown on top of each other. This also applies to the cover plate 13 for connection to the facade 12.
