Abstract

The central product transporter unit (1) connects to a print roll supply (2). Feed appts. (5) includes a stacking ladder (6) through which the products e.g. magazines are moved from the main stack. On both sides of the stack are two parallel positioned branches (7) connected to transporter. At the branches position is a rod supply (8), and folding supply unit (9). Products leaving the branches (7) are handled with a take-up and reversal unit (10) and placed on transporter unit (1). The unit includes tying machines (19), foil packaging machine (21) and pallet handling machine (22).
