Abstract

A hair and scalp diagnosis system (102) for analyzing hair and scalp images and recommending a treatment for the customers is provided herein. The hair and scalp diagnosis system (102) includes a data collection module (202) configured to collect hair and scalp images from a plurality of scalp scanning devices (104). The hair and scalp diagnosis system (102) further includes a processing module (204) configured to process the hair and scalp images using artificial intelligence, and recommend a treatment for hair and scalp problem of the customer. The hair and scalp diagnosis system (102) further includes a report module (206) configured to generate a report and display the report having recommended treatment, based on the processed hair and scalp images.
