Abstract

A rotor member (32) has a rotor body (32a) in a ring shape, an engaging pin (32b) in a cylindrical shape, which protrudes from the rotor body (32a) toward an engaging hole (19) in a stand bar (3), and a locking claw (32c) that locks a plastic magnet (36). a labyrinth seal is disposed between this rotor member (32) and a case member (31), and the engaging pin (32b) and locking claw (32c) are formed integrally with the rotor body (32a). Since the outer diameter of this engaging pin (32b) has substantially the same size as the thickness of the rotor body (32a) in the radial direction, sufficient strength is assured without performing insert-molding or the like for the metal materials of the engaging pin and the like and it is possible to follow the motion of a stand.
