THERE IS DISCLOSED A THERMOFORMING MACHINE (1) ADAPTED TO SHAPE AN ARTICLE THAT COMPRISES OF A VACUUM UNIT (2) HAVING A VACUUM TABLE (3) WITH A FLAT SURFACE TO ACCOMMODATE A MOULD (4), A FRAME STRUCTURE (5) CONFIGURED ALONG THE SUBSTANTIAL LENGTH OF THE VACUUM UNIT (2), A HEATER STATION (6) ADAPTED FOR HEATING A THERMOPLASTIC SHEET OR SOLID SURFACE MATERIAL INTO A PLIABLE AND STRETCABLE MATERIAL OVER THE MOULD (4) CHARACTERIZED IN THAT THE HEATER STATION (6) IS HAVING A FRAME (7) THAT CAN BE ALTERNATIVELY DRAWN IN OR DRAWN OUT WITHIN A SUPPORTING TRACK (8), THE FRAME (7) SUPPORTING A PLURALITY OF HEASTING ELEMENTS (9) TOGETHER WITH A METAL PLATE (10) AND THE HEATING ELEMENTS (9) ARE ARRANGED SPACED APART FROM EACH OTHER AND SET IN A CLOSED CONTACT WITH THE METAL PLATE (10), AN ASSEMBLY OF RUBBER MEMBRANE (11) SECURED ON A RUBBER MEMBRANE FRAME (12), THE RUBBER MEMBRANE (11) IS CAPABLE OF BEING VERTICALLY POSITIONED OVER THE VACUUM TABLE (3) TO ENCLOSE A HEATED AND PLIABLE SOLID SURFACE MATERIAL ON THE MOULD (4), A FRAME (13) ADAPTED TO SECURE A THERMOPLASTIC SHEET (14) WHERE THE FRAME (13) IS REMOVABLY SLOTTED INTO POSITION THROUGH A PAIR OF FRAME SLOTS (15), AND THE RUBBER MEMBRANE (11) AND THE FRAME (13) HAVING THE THERMOPLASTIC SHEET IS USED TO RESPECTIVELY ENCLOSES A SOLID SURFACE MATERIAL OR THERMOPLASTIC SHEET ON THE MOULD TO FORM THE SHAPED ARTICLE.( THE MOST ILLUSTRATIVE FIGURE IS FIGURE 1).
