Abstract
The present invention provides a method of extraction of calcium and other minerals from Lemon Myrtle leaves, wherein the Lemon Myrtle leaves are subjected to ashing process to yield Lemon Myrtle leaves ash (LMLA), and the thus obtained Lemon Myrtle leaves ash is extracted with lemon juice. The resulting composition is suitable for use in health supplements. (Figure 1)
