Abstract

A food processing apparatus (100) for processing food articles comprises a container (106), a pushing means (108), a spinner cutter (102) having a plurality of cutter blades (104) on a top surface and an electric motor (114) to rotate the spinner cutter (102). The blade portion (116) of each cutter blade (104) is formed by vertically cutting and pressing perpendicular to the top surface and thereafter machining from a front side and a backside keeping a flat surface at the root of each cutter blade (104). The vertical machining is used to achieve a desired design for the blade portion (116). The blade portion (116) of the rotating spinner cutter (102) cuts the food articles when pushed by the pushing means (108). The flat surface at the root of the blade portion (116) prevents food debris clogging at the root of the blade portion (116). (FIG. 3)
