Abstract

The present invention relates to a livestock carcass disposal facility (100) and burial disposal method in which aerobic thermophilic bacteria are used, and more particularly, to a livestock carcass disposal facility and burial disposal method in which nano-bubble oxygen water is used when disposing of livestock carcasses and thus air supply from the outside is not required at an initial stage of carcass decomposition, thereby preventing the release of various animal pathogenic bacteria remaining in the livestock carcasses, especially, avian influenza, and viruses causing foot-and-mouth disease, in the air, suppressing the generation of leachate and odor derived from the livestock carcasses, and being capable of economical and prompt decomposition such that the management period is shortened and the land availability is maximized.
