Abstract
The present invention relates to an accessory to be used in conjunction or separately with a floor trap for both commercial and residential use. In particular, the accessory provides for trapping hair and other foreign objects, as well as allowing waste water to flow into the floor trap or via an incoming pipe of the trap, and further prevents from backflow of waste water, odours, soap bubbles and the like from escaping through and out of the top of the floor trap. The accessory and its variations as described may also be configured to include further features such as floating on the surface of water.
