Embodiments of the disclosure provide a panel switch and a residual current protector. The panel switch comprises a base (2), an installation panel (1) having a central opening, a switch module having a first operating panel (100) and a residual current protective module having a second operating panel (200), wherein the switch module and the residual current protective module are connected in series and are arranged inside a receiving cavity of the base (2) and the first operating panel (100) and the second operating panel (200) are arranged in the central opening side by side. According to the panel switch of the embodiments of the disclosure, the residual current protective module is serially connected in the switch module of the panel switch so that a residual current protection function can be realized in the panel switch.
