Abstract
A coating material composition includes a first monomer including repeat units of an ethylene oxide group and a bifunctional (meth)acryloyl group per molecule, and a second monomer including a tri- or greater functional (meth)acryloyl group and a mono- or greater functional hydroxyl group per molecule. The number of the repeat units of the ethylene oxide group in the first monomer is in a range of 18 to 40. The content of the first monomer is in a range of 40% to 95% by mass, and the content of the second monomer is in a range of 5% to 60% by mass, with respect to 100% by mass of the total content of the first monomer and the second monomer. The content of the first monomer is in a range of 40% to 85% by mass with respect to the total solids content, and the content of the second monomer is in a range of 10% to 55% by mass with respect to the total solids content.
