Abstract
A filler dispersion comprises a mixture of filter-pressed sludge (FPS) powder, surfactant, pH adjuster, rheology modifier, anti-foaming agent and water. Also, the present invention discloses a method of preparing the filler dispersion, wherein the method comprises steps of drying the FPS to produce a moisture- free FPS (100), crushing the moisture-free FPS to produce FPS powder (101), mixing the FPS powder with ingredients in table 1 to produce FPS slurry (102), filtering the FPS slurry to eliminate residuals such as solid residuals originates from elements like iron, aluminium and silica and to produce filtrate (103) and grinding the filtrate to produce the filler dispersion (104).
