Abstract

A carrying handle comprises a substrate (1) and a grip portion (2). The substrate (1) includes two end edges (11) and two side edges (12). The two end edges (11) are respectively formed at two ends of the substrate (1), and two ends of each of the side edges (12) are respectively connected to the two end edges (11). A cutting portion (13) is formed on the substrate (1), and the cutting portion (13) extends from a position adjacent to one of the end edges (11) of the substrate (1) to a position adjacent to the other of the end edges (11) of the substrate (1). The grip portion (2) is connected to one of the end edges (11) of the substrate (1). The grip portion (2) has a contracted neck portion (21), a protruding portion (22) and a pre-folded line (23). The contracted neck portion (21) forms the same arc with the protruding portion (22), and the protruding portion (22) is bent along the pre-folded line (23) to form a reverse-folded portion toward the contracted neck portion (21).
