A method of producing an elastomeric glove comprising the steps of dipping moulds into a container holding coagulant solution to coat a coagulant layer, drying the coagulant layer in a heating chamber, dipping the coagulant layer coated moulds that was dried into a container holding compounded latex formulation to coat a latex layer, drying the latex layer in a heating chamber, dipping the latex layer coated moulds that was dried into a container holding hot water to leach out chemical residues, curing the latex layer coated on the moulds to produce a latex film, leaching the latex film by dipping the latex film coated moulds into a container holding hot water to leach out chemical residues, drying the latex film in a heating chamber to produce an elastomeric glove and stripping the elastomeric glove from the moulds. The method further includes a step of irradiating raw latex to produce the compounded latex formulation. (Figure 1)
