A missile neutralizer (100) comprising of a primary water tank (101) includes of a heater (110) at the bottom and a secondary water tank (102) containing a warhead (114). When the water in the primary water tank (101) is heated to a predetermined temperature, controlled by a control circuit, the hot water will then be transferred automatically or manually to a secondary water tank (102) containing warhead (114) with a help of water pump (104). Present invention using a hot water type heating system to heat up the explosive material such as trinitrotoluene (TNT) inside of a warhead (114). The temperature of water is fixed at a point where it is sufficient to liquefy the trinitrotoluene (TNT) inside of a warhead (114). Figure 1
