Abstract

The present invention provides a helmet that can exert an adequate impact absorption capability at an optimum position while providing high ventilation and heat dissipation performance. Legs (7) of a cradle (4) are provided with combine parts (10, 14) which are positioned closer to the top than a headband (5) and which extend over an interval space formed between at least two of the legs (7). The combine parts (10, 14) are provided with impact absorption parts (11, 15) which absorb an impact from outside of a shell (2). (Figure 1)
