Abstract

Provided is a high-purity rubber material manufacturing method and manufacturing device in which impurities in a rubber material can be removed efficiently and easily at a high removing ratio. The method is a manufacturing method of a high-purity rubber material comprising: a pulverizing step in which a rubber material containing impurities is pulverized and fine-grained; and a removing step in which the impurities attached to the fine-grained rubber material are removed, the removing step being performed after the pulverizing step or simultaneously with the pulverizing step. In the pulverizing step, by using a pulverizer (10) comprising a cylindrical screen (3) on which a large number of through holes (2) are punched provided with a cutting blade (1a, 1b) on the edge portion and an inner blade (4) which can rotate at high speed radially provided in the screen (3), the rubber material is pulverized by the sliding contact between the inner blade (4) and the inner peripheral surface of the screen (3).
