Abstract

Provided are a device configured to produce, by using animal and vegetable oil as raw material, fuel that is usable for a fuel injection device such as a boiler or a diesel engine and highly reliable and suitable for energy saving at low cost, and a fuel production method using the device. The present invention includes: a stock oil tank (1) in which animal and vegetable oil is stored; a transfer pump (2) connected with the stock oil tank (1); a primary filtration device (3) connected with a discharging side of the transfer pump (2); a fuel supply tank (4) installed downstream of the primary filtration device (3); primary heating means configured to heat stock solution stored in the fuel supply tank (4); a circulation pump (5) connected with the fuel supply tank (4) through a pipe (10a); a secondary filtration device (6) installed on a discharging side of the circulation pump (5); a pressure meter (11) provided on an entrance side of the secondary filtration device (6); a heater (7) installed downstream of the secondary filtration device (6); a water mixing device (8) connected with the heater (7) through a pipe (10b); and a pressure adjustment valve (9) provided to a pipe (10c) connecting a pipe (10a) and a pipe (10b).
