Abstract

Disclosed are a permanent magnet exciter (100) and a generator allowing highly efficient delivery of power. Thereamong, the permanent magnet exciter (100) allowing highly efficient delivery of power may comprise: an excited rotor rotated by a rotating shaft (310); a first excited stator generating induced electricity by the rotation of the excited rotor; and a second excited stator receiving the induced electricity from the first excited stator to produce a magnetic field so that excited electricity is generated in the excited rotor by means of electromagnetic induction.
