The system comprising: a data acquisition unit (DAU) (101) having location information associated with a worker; one or more memory modules (110) having stored thereon at least one pre-defined worker management rule (118), wherein the one or more memory modules (110) further having stored thereon a plurality of tasks for the worker, and a processor (114) in communication with the one or more memory modules (110) and the DAU (101) to receive the location information associated with the worker, wherein the processor (114) is configured to select a task for the worker based on the location information associated with the worker and at least one worker management rule (118).
