The present invention relates to a continuous deodorizer system with heat recovery which is operated in a vacuum condition. Such heat recovery system is designed based on thermosyphon principle which relates to a method of passive heat exchange premised on natural convection that does not require a use of mechanical pump. A continuous deodorizer system with heat recovery comprising a housing (101), an oil inlet, an oil outlet, at least one heating tray (102) for oil heating, at least one holding tray (103) for deodorization and at least one cooling tray (104) for oil cooling. A bottom tray (105) is to collect oil at the lowest most section of a deodorizer. Each heating tray (102) and cooling tray (104) is configured with at least two thermosyphon loops (128) for heat exchange between the cold oil and the hot oil. Most illustrative diagram: Figure 1
