Abstract
[Problem] Provided is a remote monitoring system that allows a user terminal to access multiple terminals connected to the Internet through an Internet service provider at a desired timing. [Solving Means] A remote monitoring system (1) includes multiple terminals (4) that are connected to the Internet (5) through an Internet service provider (ISP) (6) having a global IP address and assigned private IP addresses, a cloud server (2) connected to the Internet (5), and user terminals (3a, 3b) connected to the cloud server (2). The cloud server (2) assigns a first connection port to one of the terminals (4) and assigns a second connection port to a user terminal (3a, 3b). The one terminal and the user terminal (3a, 3b) communicate with each other through the first connection port, second connection port, and cloud server (2).
