Abstract

A cooling method and apparatus for forced-directed cooling mixing type transformer winding. A primary winding (4), a secondary winding (3) and an additional winding (2) are integrated by a concentric winding structure. The apparatus is characterized in that the additional winding (2) is located on the outer side of an iron core (1); the secondary winding (3) is located on the outer side of the additional winding (2); the primary winding (4) is located on the outer side of the secondary winding (3); and oil channels are arranged inside all the windings, and heat dissipation is performed by forced-directed oil?s circulating inside the oil channels inside all the windings. Compared with a winding structure of prior art, the apparatus in the present invention is smaller in size and needs less material, and facilitates in designing a lightweight and downsizing transformer; and meanwhile, by means of an excellent heat dissipation capability, the size and weight of the transformer are reduced, the safety and reliability is guaranteed when the transformer is running.
