Abstract

A packaging bag ( 1) including a content pouring passage (10) convex upward is provided, in which a folding state of the content pouring passage (10) cut and opened in the top side can be maintained without inserting or engaging the content pouring passage (10) into/with a slit cut and formed in the packaging bag (1) itself, so that a residue such as a liquid and powder on a spout (21) will not stain fingertips. The content pouring passage (10) is provided to be closable by folding the bag in a to-be-folded portion (14) which extends to cross this content pouring passage (10) and a seal thin plate ( 13) in a bag width direction. The seal thin plate (13) is provided with fold maintaining means (16) for maintaining the folding state of the bag in the to-be-folded portion (14).
