Abstract
The present invention relates to a liner lateral composite block of a heat preservation aluminum-electrolytic tank, in particular, relates to a liner lateral composite block, especially relates to a liner lateral composite block of a heat preservation aluminum-electrolytic tank in the field of an aluminum-electrolytic tank liner. It comprises a silicon nitride combining silicon carbide lateral block, a tank housing and a heterotypic carbon block, characterized in that: a groove is disposed on one side of the silicon nitride combining silicon carbide lateral block in contact with the tank housing, a heat preservation layer is disposed in the groove, an electrolyte vapor corrosion resistant material is disposed between the heat preservation layer in the groove and the tank housing for sealing. The present invention is advantageous in the following aspects: changing the traditional form of mounting a heat preservation layer in a molten zone of the heat preservation electrolytic tank liner structure, embedding into the groove of the silicon nitride combining silicon carbide lateral block the heat preservation layer which is sealed by the electrolyte vapor corrosion resistant material and sintered with the silicon nitride combining silicon carbide lateral block into one piece, being good to maintain performance of the heat preservation material for a long period of time, to maintain thermal balance performance of the electrolytic tank, and to prolong service life of the electrolytic tank, thereby being strongly practically applicable.
