Abstract

Present invention disclosed a physical refinery system comprising programmable logic controller (PLC) and sensor installed at said refinery and connected to PLC to give appropriate response in event of error occurrence. The system further comprising heat exchangers (100) to provide heat recovery by exchanging heat from deodorized oil to crude oil, and from deodorized oil to bleached oil respectively. The system also comprises automated processing systems in event of critical operating conditions. Most illustrative diagram: Figure 1
