Abstract
The present invention relates to an ethylene cracking furnace. The radiant coils (7) in the radiant section of the present invention are of two-pass type arranged in two rows, the first-pass tubes (1) and the second-pass tubes (2) are connected via connection members of return curve tubes (3) having "U" shaped projection in a front view and in a side view; the first-pass tubes (1) and th . econd pass tubes (1) are arranged in two planes A and B. The structure of the tubes of the present invention cracking furnace is simple and symmetrical due to the connection members and thus can provide better mechanical performance. The firebox can be arranged with more radiant coils (7) and thus the present invention can be adopted to revamp the existing cracking furnace and increase the capacity. The investment can be saved and the economical effect can be improved. (Figure 8)
