Abstract

This invention discloses a fluidized material distributing device for alumina powder in an aluminum electrolysis flue gas purification system. Said fluidized material distributing device comprises: a material chamber (1) for accommodating and distributing material; a plurality of material distributing boxes (14) for respectively receiving material from the material chamber and discharging materials; and a gas chamber (2) for supplying fluidized wind to the material chamber so as to fluidize the material within the material chamber, wherein the material chamber (1) is arranged horizontally or approximately horizontally, and the material chamber (1) is in communication with the material distributing boxes (14) via a material distributing pipe (10) and a material distributing nozzle (8). This invention realizes relative uniformity of material discharging conditions by setting small height difference of material level between the material chamber and the material distributing box and by fluidizing the material within the material chamber to cause the upper surface thereof to tend to get horizontal so as to efficiently perform multiple-point material distributing as to alumina powder with good material distributing effect, thereby increasing and ensuring aluminum electrolysis flue gas purification efficiency. In addition, it needs less investment in equipment and has a simple structure and thus relatively easy to implement.
